The breakfast buffet is excellent and very Brazilian: sweet potatoes, lots of cakes, fresh fruit, omelets & tapiocas to order When I brought a concern to the attention of the front desk: the toilet seat was not the correct size, resulting in slipping, it was corrected in a matter of hours The staff understands flight schedules do not always match hotel schedules, and will attempt to accommodate late-check-out requests

The open-atrium concept leads to a 24-floor sound pipe if there are wailing infants or loud returning partners in the lobby, the sound carries a long way up

Room was spacious and clean. Gorgeous vieuw to the Boa Viagem Beach and very central located in the north of Boa Viagem area. Bed was big and comfy.

We had issues with the lock of our room which was broken at our first time staying at the hotel. But a friendly receptionist solved it asking the maintaince team to act on it.

As ever, the location, the service, the staff make all the difference: right across from the beach, minutes to walk for shopping or dining. Breakfast options continue to be superb. Multi-lingual staff make communication easier for non-natives

Being there close to Carnaval meant less attention to detail, and no attention to a sink drainage issue that was unresolved after two requests.

We were in a freshly renovated Queen Deluxe Suite (room 2205) all furnished in Dove Grey and Crisp White, with a balcony overlooking the sea with fresh sea breeze. The dramatic interior architecture fascinated guests no matter how many times they observed it (no spoiler here!). The king bed was comfortable, good linens, all the usual things but we especially liked the well situated computer desk and chairs, plus the alcove with an opening window, comfortable chair & ottoman & side table for reading. The food in the restaurant addressed international sensibilities, not exclusively Brazillian. The food was good, the service friendly. I want to make a special kudo to the housecleaning staff; our room was always redone beautifully each day. It was a pleasure to return ‘home’ each evening.

They were having a temporary difficulty with one of the 4 elevators over the weekend waiting for the elevator repair. This can happen anywhere anytime so they released their service elevator for guest use whenever possible.

My rooms were fabulous and the attentiveness of the team was outstanding. The WiFi didn't work very well in my first room in some areas but was very strong in others. Some gluten got into my food and I had a severe reaction to it and I could not have been in a better place for my recovery. The team were absolutely wonderful and the care I received was more than I could have asked for. I was truly touched by the speedy action in getting me some medication, and how the manager would even call me from her home to check on me. The team went over and above what was expected and have confirmed Radisson Hotels as a leader in the service industry. Thank you to everyone for a great job!

There were only a couple of things I didn't like and that was the basic gym and the small pool, which was more of a paddling pool than a swimming pool. Everything else was fabulous!

right off the beach, the tower offers a variety of rooms and experiences. the 24-hour reception provides unique service: I witnessed a bridal couple check in, still in their finery Breakfast offers many options for most tastes. Walking distance for shops

Breakfast was good, the room had a great view from the 26th floor. Location was also very good, restaurants and many things to do nearby. The beds were comfortable and the room size was great for 2 people. Staff was also very very helpful. And room service was quick and easy!

The pillows could have been better for the price we payed. And breakfast could have a bit more options.

The rooms are a good size, and the sea view is great. Breakfast is good, they make delicious tapioca and there is a good selection of everything. Staff are very nice and helpful. Boa Viagem is a great spot to be by, the beach is great.

It was a little run down, but comfortable. We loved the lobby furniture and the restaurant. We felt that rooms needed glasses to drink water or refreshments.
