The Spa was amazing!

The cats in front of the hotel and inside the lobby are disgusting especially for people with allergies like me

The staff very nice and helpful from the cleaner to the waiters and reception and spa stuff.

We are very happy with our stay there.

The room was very comfortable with everything I needed and more, very good coffee machine and capsule. The staff of the cleaners, lobby and spa was super nice. The spa was great.

The breakfast is vert pure and it feels like they are cheap. They dont let you have changes or a littler extra. Once I asked to remove meat from my dish so they have but didnt add more cheese insted. the bred is very sumple toast. The manager there is not nice at all. The food quality was bed, felt old. I even asked for a few slices of tomato for my baby and they didn't want to give.

staff very professional very friendly very attentive which is uncommon in bulgaria exceptionally nice staff well trained staff up to international standards of five star food was well selected and kitchen responsive toiletries were high grade brand which was highly appreciated and very clean white towels things well thought off to match international standards of five star kitchenette well equipped for meal prep

room gets hotter than outside temp on its own people smoke in balcony so it gets into non smoking room if window open or sometimes from vents there is no outdoor section for the pool or resturaunt , it is all indoor and a bit hot

compare with last year they reduced costs, no transfer to the Top of the Gondola, no Salmon or special cheeses in the breakfast, last year the gave a doll to my daughther when we arrive… the cover of the bathroom was falling down every day. The management and service is not as brilliant as last year, they try to give us a hotel camera instead of an studio with Kitchenet as I had booked, also a pair of ski sticks from my daughter ski equipment disappear from the storage room and they were more worry to try to put the blame on me that to try to look on the cameras or just to pay for the 20 levas that I had to pay extra in the rental place for the lost.

Well, the spa was partially working and the outer swimming pool is with extra charge (open dispute on that at booking but didn't got any response so far... The stuff, especially at the reception are not with welcoming to the tourist. Also, annoying, was the fact the on breakfast the stuff don't show the right respect in a manner of taking plates off the table the minute they think you are done eating... Bottom line for the high price I paid I expect much better. Also, Booking earned one fat black point, for not responding untill now for my dispute.

Pool and SPA zone are really good, especially before noon when they are not crowded. The restaurants are outstanding, although quite pricey. The maids are efficient and very kind.

The location is a bit far from everywhere, and the free shuttles have a 2-hour break right after noon. The locations for picking them back from the ski zone are 3 different without clear indication. The room is a bit dated, and the bed preference type was disregarded, although our reservation was made more than 6 months in advance. The reception/lobby staff happen to be neglectant.

The hotel is child friendly. They have indoor and outdoor playground for kids. The room was prepared also for a kid with a smal dino puzzle. This was a nice surprize. The room is big, the AC is working good, free private parking.

The breakfast was variate but all the food that should be warm was cold. The pancakes were dried and impossible to eat. The staff from the italian restaurant is inexpressive. They do not offer a child seat, they do not offer a glass for the child. The restaurant has 4 stars but the services are basic.

Amazing place to stay with the kids, the pool is great: large, clean, warm water, not crowded during the summer. They had a free shuttle to the city center during the Bansko Jazz Festival which was also great.

The restaurant was a bit of disappointment compared to the years before. Was expensive and quality was way below the “Mehanas” from the city center. Breakfast was very good though. So point of improvement to get a clean 10/10.

very nice and clean hotel - pleasant and helpful stuff, nice rooms, comfortable beds with good pillows and mattress. well stuffed kitchen corner in the room. good breakfasts, and very delicious restaurant nearby, clean and comfortable spa. The complimentary wine and candies in the room were so nice. quite a lot of activities for children

rooms are a bit aging - the doors and the bathroom. the outdoor pool is a bit aside from the hotel and for additioal charge which is not obvious while you a make a booking.
