Hotel Leipzig

Good classic hotel, excellent location - within walking distance of the railway and bus stations, comfortable, clean rooms - my room 505 had a bathroom, good wi-fi speed, nice staff, delicious breakfasts.

In room 505, where I was, it was impossible to use mobile communications, only wi-fi. There were a Polish and a Bosnian SIM card in my phone - for some reason both did not work there. The restaurant had delicious carbonara, but it would still be great if there were some other local specialties, as well as draft beer.But for me personally, these disadvantages are insignificant and I would stop here again when visiting Plovdiv 🙂

Very smiling, friendly and supportive staff. The room was big enough, with comfortable beds and enough comfortable pillows. The hotel is in the center of Plovdiv, within walking distance of the city garden. There is a shopping center next door that is open until 9pm and offers to buy anything you forgot to take with you.

I would recommend having a manual on how to use the air conditioning system. We set it to 18 degrees, but during the night the temperature had risen to 22 degrees. I'm sure everything is working correctly, but we didn't know what mode we had selected

This was a last minute booking. The location of the hotel was very good, very near the centre. The room was large and the beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast was continental and good. Car parking with security was a must for us and was onsite.

The room was very hot and the air con did not work. When reception was informed we were told to open a window. Carpets were marked, stained. No toiletries in the room until we asked which were then delivered quickly.

The room was ok cleaned overall. We got a free room upgrade and they managed to find us a parking spot. We did like the breakfast there was cereal, bread, fruit and vegetables, some cold cuts and eggs and sausages. The check in and check out was really easy and the girl that was checking us in was speaking very good English.

I tried to use one of the glasses and it was clearly used and not washed - there was a smell of liquor and some residue on the bottom which was a bit disturbing. We needed to pay 5 leva per day for parking which I wasn't aware of and there weren't too many free spots we needed to park in the staff parking.

Staff was helpful nice ... 15 mins away from city center.

Breakfast had not many option could be because of COVID 19.

hotel is a good choice for business, with parking, good wi-fi, comfortable room, good restaurant and large variety of food for breakfast. View is amazing in the upper floors and personnel is speaking English well. Over the street is shopping center which was fully opened when I arrived Sunday

The apartment was very nice exactly how was described. The location is great. The staff are nice and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was the spa bath. After a long day I decided to take a bad and everythingwas perfect until I set up water circulation, it came dirty and stinky water which ruin the moment. It will be good to be checked in what condition is before booking.

I tried to take a bubble bath 🛀 but there was a huge water leak underneath the bathtub and I had to clean it up. The food is usually good but this time the bread was stale and some of the food was not fresh.

Great location very convenient and very helpful staff on reception.

The variety at breakfast is very limited, more selection of fruits and pastries both hot and cold breakfast

Hotel rooms are very clean, price very low especially compared with tiny British single beds, this "single" bed is actually double. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is served by a waitress and you can choose between continental, French and English ones. The pillows are very soft and still a little bit on the high side for me, but bear in mind in UK I always carry my own pillow which should be compared to a pancake.
