Hillocks Hotel & Spa

Very nice location, rooms (we had a villa) with a great bed, airco, shower and more. Nice pool area to relax in a green environment.

Breakfast was very limited. Coffee really poor. The advertisement for other nice food, coffee lounge and more were not available, strange that they did not remove the signs. The lounge area was really dirty, couches were terrible and also dirty. All windows everywhere were not cleaned for a long time. Give a really dirty impression. last but not least, internet access did not work or had a ver poor performance.

Everything was nice, the hotel is a bit far from the center, but you can get tuk tuk for 1 dollar. They allowed us to use the pool and shower next to it in the evening at the check out day

We stayed here for 3 nights. First day we had an excellent breakfast: both buffet and order by the menu, second very limited buffet and order by the menu and third only by the menu :( very delicious, but still a bit disappointing. Also, coffee machine was broken during the whole stay :(

Staffs were very friendly, they always smiled and greeted us warmly whenever we saw them. We asked the reception to make a booking for dinner at an outside restaurant since we couldn't reach them through our phone. They reserved a table for us immediately. very helpful Room was beyond our expectations. It was clean, comfy and spacious. We also liked a bath tub. Shower was hot. The location is not very in the center of city, so its a good place if you want a quiet and luxury stay. Breakfast was good as well.

the only thing we didn't love was Wi-fi. Its connection had no problem, but it was a bit annoying that we had to log in with wi-fi password every time we use our phone.

The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are huge and well equipped. Really liked the hotel layout and the pool area is really nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially when you need to call a tuk tuk to get into the main streets and to the markets.

The gym is not well maintained. The carpets in the gym are quite smelly. The breakfast set menu is quite sparse for vegetarians when the buffet is not on. The hotel is ideal if you want a quiet getaway but it is a short drive away from the main street and shopping areas so some people might not like that and prefer to be closer to the hustle.

My two nights stay was very pleasant and relaxing. We super love the bath tub which is wide enough for two and it matches perfectly with the greenery view outside the room. The location of the hotel is close to most of the new trendy cafe shops and very easy to get around. The bed is soft and helped us slept very well. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks

The painting and sofa inside the room are a bit worn out and would love it if there could be a touch up.

I had a great stay at Hillock’s hotel. I had a very huge villa for an affordable price. The property is very nice but the landscaping and plants were poorly maintained as the plants were dying which I find it sad. Hopefully they’ll grow back soon. The breakfast is rather average with few selections. I only had the buffet when there were a lot of guests in the hotel and had the a la carte menu when it was less guests which is ok for me (it’s understandable in terms of business perspective) and no room service which is also understandable considering the pandemic situation of Siem Reap in general. But you can order food delivery. This hotel is by far had the best pillows I ever slept on! I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels but the Hillock’s pillows are incredibly comfortable with just the right amount of softness. I slept like a baby. Most hotels have pillows that are too soft that I feel like I’m drowning. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. All staff wear masks at all times and hand sanitisers are present in the entrance and restaurant areas which is very good. I enjoyed my 1 week stay there and I will definitely stay again.

I’ve been bitten by mosquitoes a lot of times which is common due to their jungle/forest environment. However, they did mosquito control routine and smoked/fogged the entire property during my stay there so it’s all good.

It was the cleanest hotel I think I've ever stayed in. My room was huge and comfortable. The bathtub is the coolest I've ever seen. The layout and concept was beautiful, with so many plants. The gardening is half the appeal. Their staff was small due to Covid cuts that have hurt Siem Reap, but everyone was professional and lovely. Peaceful. Could hear crickets and birds chirping.... in a country full of blasting music, I loved the nature sounds and quiet.

Sadly, other than the pool, all the extra amenities were closed due to their limited staff and the tourist industry being hurt. It is not the hotel's fault, but was hard to get a feel for what the whole place is normally like. The pool is gorgeous, but in direct sunlight all day long, so it was rather hot and not refreshing to swim in. If they added a bit more shade around it, it'd be perfect. Cannot beat the view from it, however. Breakfast was average. I have rarely found a good breakfast at a hotel in SE Asia and I've lived here 6 years.

Good bed & pillow, spacious room, seating area, room will be nice if book the standalone houses & not on main building, nice & big swimming pool, spa/massage on site, car parking space available

Balcony has no seating area, mosquitos at night, location a bit off from town

Location - few minutes from the bustlying life of city centre. Style - if you like modernism and 60/70's architecture this IS your place. Room - i took the villa with balcony and it was huge, with a beautiful stone thub and so much space! Employees - simply super. Professional, smiling and ready to help.

Really nothing serious. Maybe swimmimg pool could be more attended by personnell

Good location, just a 20 min walk to Pub street. Very friendly staff, nice food! Very comfy beds, huge rooms, huge bath, 2 sinks! Plenty of natural light. Amazing pool and area!

Sometimes its A la carte and sometimes its buffet for breakfast. Not sure if this was because there wasnt many people staying
