The location of the hotel is great an easy walk to Pub Street and all sorts of lovely places to explore. The pool area although in a small area it is fantastic with lovely plants all around it. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had an amazing huge bath to relax in as well as as a wet area shower too. Friendly helpful staff at reception and at breakfast. The breakfast was nice fresh tropical fruit was served and choice of eggs with extras (not a buffet style but included in the accomodation price) and tasty

There was an issue with the safebox but it was fixed the next day. Thanks Otherwise everything was great

The location was great, the rooms were very clean and spacious, not that we used it but it had a huge bath tub (I’m 6’4 and looked like a child sitting in it), great laundry service too (and cheap).

I feel bad to complain as it’s a non-English speaking country, but the English proficiency of the staff was very basic with most of them being unable to assist with any suggestions or directions. we were also not given our free local sim until departure - which would’ve been great to have used during our stay as our sims from Thailand and Vietnam didn’t work here (and roaming from PNG or Aust mobile providers was generally poor).

Lovely helpful staff at smaller hotel, very good communication on line.comfortable very big beds, free one way airport transfer, refillable body wash, shampoo, conditioner and basin outside bathroom. Pool, and situated so near river, night market, and Pub St. Breakfast not includedWe didnt eat in, but so many options nearby. No lift if an issue but always someone will help. Noise for sure but great position for everthing. Staff helped buy our onward bus tickets. Thank you

Only issue really is street noise but worth it for position. The nearby club too, not sure how often but we stayed on a weekend

This small hotel is in a great location only 5 minutes walk from the night market and tourist restaurants. My classic room had a minimalist design, with a very comfortable bed, a rainfall shower, tea & coffee making facilities, TV and a small fridge, a balcony on the side of the building (unfortunately this was a little noisy due to the aircon from the supermarket next door), and a safe that can hold up to a 17-inch laptop. Efficient and quiet air conditioning in the room. There is a small outdoor pool for guests to use. The friendly staff went out of their way to be helpful, and I used the free one-way pickup from the airport. They will also organise transport to tour the Angkor temples and other attractions in the area. I thought this hotel was very good value, and I would definitely stay here again.

The only real downside to this hotel is the noise from surrounding properties, especially in the late evening - but this is at a low enough level that it didn't prevent me from getting to sleep, partly because the long days visiting the temple ruins had left me exhausted, and also because the bed was so comfortable.

Perfect location, very kind young staff, clean, luxurious room with some glitches. The staff tries really hard to make you feel right at home. They offered me a Sim card and even installed it on my phone. The location of this hotel is perfect with the grocery store touching the hotel on one side, and the motorbike rental on the other. Beware of noises. Parking on site. Security on site always trying to help. We loved our stay. Cleaning staff very efficient.

Some of the pictures do not represent the hotel very well. The sink in our room was completely falling apart. The door to the balcony does not close properly and allows the heavy amount of traffic noises outside to enter the room (and a lizard). It is extremely loud in the hotel due to the traffic and neighbouring night club. It’s a good idea to take the 30 second walk around the hotel to find lots of amenities that are offered at the hotel for a much higher price. The pool on our pool day was not operating. Good stay over all.

Ver welcoming and friendly staff. lovely room 102. spacious and facing the side of the road. nothing was too much trouble. we are inthe Blanc Leaf restaurant and the food was delicious and not expensive. breakfast was good, not a buffet but a selection from a smaller menu. plenty to choose from. I have the Mongolian noodles and pancakes. both lovely. We used their tuk tuk driver Mr Sokun. he was really great, from airport pick up and all alound the temples. very prompt and great service from him. The pool area was nice for a dip and a relax after siteseeing. Thorughly recommend the hotel it’s away from the hustle and bustle of pub street but a 5 minute walk if you want to experience it.

everything about our stay at Blanc Smith was perfect! let us start from the room, which was large, and extremely clean, then the service was excellent, at all levels, both from the front desk - especially Mr. Piseth made our stay really special! - and from the breakfast which was perfect and served by the most kind and attentive stuff. Wi-Fi was also great and the position is the best to explore Siem Reap, 5 minutes from the old market, still in a nice road. I really recommend staying there, if we will ever be in Siem Reap again we will for sure book at Blanc Smith. good luck to all the stuff for your future and congratulations for the amazing job you are doing!

it’s a lovely property in an excellent location. It’s a few hundred meters to Pub street and even closer tho the river. There’s a minimart right next door, but you’d never know it standing in front of the hotel. The staff are wonderful. They are friendly, professional, and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. the bathtub in our room was massive. The room was elegant in a simple way. The pool is very nice.

I didn’t realize it doesn’t have an elevator and there is no restaurant including no breakfast. No matter regarding the latter. There are loads of restaurants a short walk away and for breakfast we bought yogurt and granola from the minimart ir had delivery.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and offers great service. I am very happy about our stay. The rooms are generally truly very good.

However I would caution that; the rooms advertised as family rooms are in reality small twin rooms with no windows. The Hotel was happy to assist us in getting a supplementary room (and one was luckily available) which was great, but the family room should not have been sold as such. Also we would have appreciated if the hotel had informed us on reservation that their restaurant was closed. We had some noisy guests in one of the neighbouring rooms, but this we can hardly blame the hotel for.

close to the old market and the Main Street pub street where most western peoples hangout about five minutes walking . plenty restaurants on this side which much better food and cleaner than pub street restaurants also much cheaper . Staff very polite and friendly . hotel made up room everyday and most thing you need are provided . will stay again in future . highly recommend to others tourist .

I only give 4.5 star because the lack of elevator
