Chateau Motel

The room was big with sofa, desk, table, chair, bed, kitchenette, bathroom. Everything was very clean. The Couch was comfortable and the bed too. The Bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, was also clean. The Kitchen had a Freezer/Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, two plates. TV and space for Luggage. Even its located directly near a big Highway, you can barely hear the Cars, and you can have a good sleep.

The room was extremely warm. We stayed in many motels, but this was very warm. The Aircondionter worked, but really noisy. The Waterpressure was low. The Roommaid was knocking every morning around 11am on the door to ask if anything needed, that's nice but when you want to rest not so great. Maybe they should be signs that you can put outside the door handle like the Hotels do. We had in particular one noisy neighbor that made phonecalls in the middle of the night before our room and it's not the best clientel that stays there.

I travel regularly for work and stay at The Château most of the time. It is only 10 minutes to my office so very convenient. The staff are friendly and professional.

I leave to early in the morning to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The desk clerk that checked me in suggested I ask in the morning if I could have a muffin but was in a hurry so didn't get a chance.

Breakfast was good and plentiful, the staff offered to help carry my bags and then helped with a delicate matter concerning their rates. Accommodating.

Coffee was in the office, I had no indoor halls and at -35 it was cold, and I had no vehicle so the location was poor. I would stay again if I had a vehicle, the noise during the day was low. I also did not appreciate the other LT guests opinions on my private stay in my private room. Most can be fixed, the weather was bad the guests were just snoopy and attempting to be heard. Truly immature.

I didn't eat the breakfast but it looked fine. It is a budget motel, nothing more, nothing less. It is clean and very friendly. It has been updated in some rooms, but not chic or trendy.

I love motels. They are no longer geared for families but for rig workers etc. I miss the family vibe of motels, but not the establishment's fault that times have changed. Many motels have resorted to long stay workers, but not this one. It's safe and friendly.

I like the free breakfasts. I also like the mini kitchen in the room.

I didn't like the noises made by the in-room heater and refrigerator. But a pair of earplugs will solve those issues.

The value for the room provided met expectations and was comfortable.

Get up early for breakfast or you may miss own on things like eggs and yogurt. But otherwise there was lots of muffins, cereal, bananas and coffee provided.

It was so clean. Small completely user friendly room. Was warm inviting on cold rainy day they had it comfy. Plugs in right places lol for regular travelers a big deal. Fridge micro even kleenex in these times rare in rooms. Just easy in and out. Quiet despite HWY2 proximity. 5 min from hub. Thanks 😊

no palm trees or sandy beaches

very nice & clean! the staff were very accommodating. unfortunately we had to cancel but they were understanding and helpful and we didn’t get charged. thank you!

Good value but no food services close: great for the airport.
