DoubleTree by Hilton West Edmonton

The buffet was surprisingly really good. We were not expecting such a nice breakfast. We came down around 10 and everything was fresh and delicious. There was a good offering of different breakfast fare. I was really impressed. The server as well as the chef were both absolutely lovely and the dining area was so nice and relaxing. The only request would be to make the bacon crispy. It was cooked but it was soggy, but that is just a personal preference. I would still come back a million times over.

Everything was great! Would have loved to see a microwave in the room, but that's about it. With a little person it would have been nice to warm up something in the room, but still great:)

Location is good and close to highway. Room is very clean and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, always tried to make sure our stay is pleasant.

The free wifi is kind of slow and my husband had difficulties connecting his iPhone to the internet. But, staff is very eager to help.

The hotel was very very clean, the lobby was also extremely clean and had lots of space for people to sit and still be social distancing. The room was very clean and nice and nice newer large bathroom. The restaurant area is very large and they had a nice buffet breakfast. They checked for vaccine proof. The hotel was very quiet at night even with many hockey teams and other guests staying. You could not hear road traffic or elevators or toilets flushing. I think it was one of the quieter hotels I have ever stayed at. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Complimentary bags of ice in the lobby. Chocolate chip walnut cookies whenever you like from front desk!! Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Every, single, one. Actual glassware in the rooms. Nice pool, restaurant downstairs was nice as well. Very close to science centre to take kids and about 15 minutes from west Edmonton mall.

Remotes didn't work that well for the TV. Telus setup.

The staff at Hilton was excellent. We had an issue with our bed in the room, but they not only moved us to a different room, but also upgraded it. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. Thank you, Hilton, for your exceptional service.

Cookies were awesome, lobby is pretty, staff were great, bathrooms were nice, especially the shower. Parking was easy and.location fabulous.

The property was nice but the rooms were like any 3 or 4 star in Edmonton. Nothing special and a tad small. The bed mattress was only OK, for a nice romantic weekend with a king bed it not awesome Also had to unplug side light if I wanted to have alarm.plugged in, not room for both. No shower gel, who uses bar soap anymore?!

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was neat and clean. We loved the breakfast. Loads and loads of food and variety. we will be visiting here again. Thank you so much for all the service. The best part was the hot cookies when you check-in.

Staff was friendly, Room was nice, beds were comfortable, pillows were comfortable, overall it was a nice hotel. I liked what was in the room, the TVs were quality, as was the furniture. Like the fact they had a hide a bed as well.

The pool was nice, but there was no hot tub. The restaurant could’ve been open a little bit later. We arrived late and it was already closed.

updated and very clean. The service and food at the restaurant was exceptionally good

elevators. There were two small elevators to serve 10 floors and in the three nights we stayed there one elevator was out of order twice no hot tub, but great gym and nice pool

it was clean. the restaurant was very accommodating when we arrived 5 minutes before they closed they let me take my food and wine up to my riom

I needed milk for my tea in the morning as coffee mate makes me quite Nauseous but I couldn’t even purchase a little milk from the little convenient store in the lobby
