I loved the amenities offered! I also loved the decor, and the beds were so comfy it was just what I needed to get some sleep. I lastly loved the breakfast in the morning along with the wonderful lady who works to prepare the food
The deposit was very steep - $500 credit card deposit. I checked out over 3 days ago and am being told it's up to my bank to handle.

Better than I was expecting for the price! All interactions at the front desk were very pleasant, and we were given extra pillows without hesitation. The room was a good size and clean. We showed up towards the end of breakfast and it would have just been "so so" as they were out of eggs, but the lady there made extra for my partner and I, which was greatly appreciated.

Some broken things , Landry made my clothes smelly Breakfast was cheep , Loud noise from corridors police came by , and next door room has an extra door to my room uncovered listening the guy talking with his girl for hours.

The location was great! It was very quiet and the room was very clean! We loved the bag it yourself breakfast instead of having it already done up. Lots of options for the bagged breakfast and it was great to have fresh fruit included.
I would have liked to have been told that we weren't getting a tub and had a double shower instead. We would have asked for a different room but my boyfriend didn't want to move after we unpacked.

The sidewalk out side was very icy and no Melter was ever put on it so it would have been nice to see them try and get the ice melted

Very friendly front desk staff. Very fast at responding to my emails. The biggest bed and the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. Which had a duvet. Awesome! Great value for your money. The room was very clean and the continental breakfast was great. - my favorite breakfast food is yogurt and they had an array of different flavors.

The hotel didn't seem that busy and yet we were put in a room by guys who were partying till 2am. The bed was also very hard but the pillows were nice.
