Chateau Louis Hotel & Conference Centre

breakfast was awesome but not complimentary, very comfortable, we loved the unique trees, outdoor features, and interior decor... beautiful stained glass and murals take you back to a different era! would be very cool if the staff wore period costume! maybe they do at certain times of the year but that would be a very special touch indeed!

there was a bit of insightly baseboarding in our bathroom and the carpet was sticky by the window, otherwise very nice indeed. l didn't get the wifi password upon registering, and l didn't see it displayed in the room, had to bother the front desk for it, but the worker was so polite...

The hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were so nice, and so helpful. The pet friendly room was in an excellent location on the ground floor, right next to the exit. The room was very clean and quiet. Honestly, the decor is a little bizarre and I LOVED IT. It felt unique, not just another cookie cutter hotel. The bed was comfy, room service was decent and fast, and the breakfast buffet was cheap and filling.

The room had a little wear and tear (baseboards chewed, a few carpet stains, etc) but nothing I didn't expect being in a pet friendly suite. Despite a little wear, everything was very clean, no smells or anything!

I had my wedding in the Hotel and was provided two halls, one for the ceremony and the other for reception; also I had to make reservation in the hotel for family and friend that were flying from other province to attend the wedding. The design and deco of the hotel halls blew my mind despite the pricing being really reasonable. The staff (esp. Sandra, Joan and Rose) were really helpful in the organising and planning of the wedding, I could not thank them enough. Also, our family and friends that stayed in the hotel for two nights to attend the wedding were impressed with hotel and my wife & I shared similar view having spent our first night after being married in the hotel.

The hotel was a gem ,room well appointed and spacious,comfortable bed ,good facility’s ,a very nice restaurant ,walk-in distance to super market,easy drive and distant to the city ,very pretty with a charming theme . The staff especially Felicia were so very helpful as we needed help getting in touch with an airline over our missing bag ,she went out of her way to help us .

The hotel staff was the absolute sweetest people. the hotel room was clean and well maintained, the shower was freaking insane, having a jet tub and extra faucets (couldnt figure them out though) Food in the restaurant was really great and was a good value too. Left the desk and restaurant staff a thank you card

The hotel itself was a little far from the convention, but that was my own fault, haha. There wasn't anything we didn't like there

The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic! This hotel is in an area that seems to be a lit rough around the edges, so there are some characters roaming around, however the staff handle any unwanted scenarios very well. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the room service was convenient and delicious.

The hotel is dated and could use some updating to increase the value of your stay for the price of the hotel.

Room was clean and modern. Lobby was nice with classic deco. There was an extra sink outside the bathroom which convenient. The piano bar was lovely and the pianist was amazing.

The washroom layout a bit tight. Would be nice if they had more shelves to put our toiletries and hangers for clothes and towels. There is only one garbage bin inside the washroom. There should be another one in the main room.

Location was excellent.

I asked about the hospital stay rate as I was in Edmonton for surgery and my husband stayed at the hotel. When I checked in I asked about it again and was told I would get the rate. Upon checkout, my husband checked out on our behalf, the hospital rate wasn't honored. I called when we arrived back at home and was told nothing could be done once the room was paid for.

We loved the style, the elegance, and how clean it was! It’s an older hotel but had so many lovely touches that made it feel so fancy- a steam shower and beautiful big tub (we had a jacuzzi suite), liquid soap and shampoo in dispensers, beautiful decor, and room service.

I didn’t really know what was up with all the people milling around but I think it’s because of how beautiful the hotel is and all the amenities it offers.

Wow! Being a resident of Edmonton I have visited the Chateau Louis many times throughout my life. This was the first time ever that I booked a room for some Rest & Relaxation. The room was phenomenal and made you feel like Royalty. The fireplace was cozy and relaxing, the desk and beautiful chair enabled you to enjoy focusing on writing. The Kingsize bed was enormous with very comfortable pillows and beautiful bedding. The Spa Bath & Shower were both phenomenal and the soap and lotions were soothing and serene scents. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely book again as well as suggest it to others. We all need a little time out in this hectic life to relax and unwind our Minds, Bodies and Souls. The Château Louis is definitely the ultimate choice for a relaxing getaway. Thank you to the courteous and helpful staff members throughout the vicinity. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The fact that I had to checkout after an amazing stay in a beautiful hotel where I completely felt at home in. It was truly an amazing experience and I didn’t want to leave. The stay was way too short.
