Madeira Park Oceanview Suites

The room had an amazing view, overlooking the harbour. Combined with the outstanding sunsets, very nice.

First, I'm a big guy, 6'4", 240 lb and the room is small so getting around inside the room was a bit of an issue. Everything you would need is there but on a Tiny-Home scale. The outdoor shower is funky and I like it but probably wouldn't be as much fun if it was cold outside. Plus there were other guests sitting on their balcony, who had a first-hand view of the shower so that was interesting.

Super friendly hosts & lovely suite with an amazing view. They were very helpful with great tips for sightseeing/hiking in the area as well! We very much appreciated the cleanliness of the suite...especially for our kiddo who deals with allergies - it allowed us to feel at ease, when we saw the quality of the housekeeping.

We couldn't find info in the welcome binder about the breakfast we thought was included... (We thought perhaps we had misread/misinterpreted the "B & B" aspect of this property, but weren't sure...so that's quite possibly our mistake.)

The view was amazing, very clean, very spacious, a great place to relax. Also close to town so if there was anything you needed, you could find it there.

The only thing I can say is that you had to walk across the grass to get to the side door if you are staying in the lower units and it would have been nice to have a walkway.

Wonderful view. Very scenic. Loved watching the boats in the bay below us. Comfortable. Quiet. Private. Barbecue worked well. Very nice balcony which we used a lot.

Would have liked stove/stove top for cooking rather than microwave. Would have liked to be able to really cook.

Wonderful views of Pender Harbour from the room that was a little cramped for me and my daughter. It was very cleverly designed with good amenities such as fridge, microwave, essential dishes and cutlery, coffee maker etc., and we loved the outdoor shower. It was a great location for the meteorite show in August.

A bit too small for two people to move comfortably, and quite a few stairs to get down to the suite that could be problematic if someone had mobility issues. I would have preferred a breakfast included but this was cancelled due to the Covid crisis.

location great with a car, only minutes from restaurants and town, view was great so relaxing at the room was also great

it was in a residential area so not great for walking around, and you were sitting above a harbour but we could not walk down to visit the marina

I stayed in the Tiki-Hut for 4 nights in August and for me this was the best Summer get-away experience ever. The Tiki-Hut is a cute small room but big on privacy. The exterior shower was very nicely decorated. The view from this room was amazing. It felt like a little bit being in a tree-house with a view of the habour. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and included fresh fruit and home-baked pastries.

Nothing could have been better.

Quiet and scenic location! The Tiki Hut was a very unique accommodation. Enjoyed the outside shower and the hot tub on the deck.

New to the area, we relied on a very well presented information folder. We found out that this was no longer up to date so we had real difficulty finding food on the arrival day.

This is a lovely property, calm and peaceful with an amazing view. The hot tub is a massive plus, and having access to a shared kitchen was very helpful as well. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at the Tiki room, it was small but super cute, the view was beautiful, the bed confortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. Our host were really helpful and nice! They helped us to find a restaurant openned late. I would love to come back at Madeira, as the town is cute.

The shower was outside, so when it was cold, it was hard to get out of the shower (which is really warm and nice) but in summer it is perfect!
