We had a family wedding; and all guests from out of town stayed at Solo. The staff were super accommodating. We had reserved a 2 bedroom suite but only registered 2 people as we did not know if extra family were able to come or not. Yes, they did - 2 extra adults and 3 children. Staff gladly accommodated them with extra towels and bedding etc.. and no extra cost !!! This was much beyond our expectations and greatly appreciated. The actual accommodations were excellent. All of our guests were impressed with their accommodations as well. I think we had 6 or 7 different rooms booked.

Nothing. Everything was perfect !!

The property is well maintained and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. The parking is ample and part pf it is covered and protected from the elements. The rooms are large and airy with full kitchens and spacious living areas.

The bathroom sink was slow draining and the bedroom TV did not work properly. The kitchen faucet would not stop spraying even when in stream mode. The elevator can be very slow sometimes. Front desk staff did not note that we were given a late check-out time of 1:00 PM on Monday so Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 11:00 AM.

Great place regarding space, cleanliness and location. The staff were wonderful.

The few not so great things: the pull out bed is definitely not great for adults. It will work for children. I am not a big person and found it quite small and uncomfortable. The shower head in the was disappointing, considering the rest of the unit and there is no shelves in the shower to put your supplies which can be inconvenient and it’s great that they have a washer and dryer however quite loud.

Great rooms, good price, and everything you need for a short or long stay.

The inside of the doors do not have addition locking mechanisms from the inside. I was sitting having supper and someone else had the same room number and code and walked in. I started piling up chairs behind the door at that point. The property needs to place better locks from the inside to prevent that.

The wheelchair accessible room had excellent facilities for my partner to move around in. Liked the location in Langford that was close to nice areas, shopping, and restaurants.

Unfortunately, the room is located on the ground floor for easy access for the wheelchair and also faces the street. Which meant the traffic noise was very significant. Although the traffic subsided in the evening and overnight, we still needed earplugs to get any amount of sleep.

Great space for a family. Lots of room and the location was exceptional. We stayed on a ground floor which was great with two little kids. The front desk attendant when we arrived was spectualar. Made the experience that much better!

It was a great stay. Only inconvience was an issue we had opening the door when we got back from a wedding we attended. It took a while to open but we contacted the emergeny number and they walked us through the steps and it worked.

Clean, good location bed was comfortable

Because the front door is frosted glass & there is no switch to turn off the outside entry light. The living room stayed very light all night. Made it difficult to sleep in the twin beds. The bedroom had a blackout shade, so it was fine. Having a method to block the light through front door would make this a ten.

I liked everything about it. It was spacious, it was ultra clean, had all the comfort of my own condo. The staff was very friendly and had free safe parking for my car and my pooch was well welcomed. Will def stay again if coming to Victoria.

If I had to say anything would be how far it is from city centre but with a vehicle you’re just fine.

I asked for a firm mattress. Always do - rarely get. This one was amazing. Combo washer/dryer is nice idea, but takes forever. Check-in was a bit iffy as room was changed during day, but I was without phone service, so tried to get into wrong room. Not good. :-) Location is a $40 cab ride away from downtown wharf area, but the bus goes right by.

Great room- very clean, spacious. Ample parking, great amenities such as microwave, fridge, air conditioning. Bed was super comfortable

Given it’s an apartment complex the checkin instructions are slightly confusing. Also in the morning one of the cleaning staff knocked our door aggressively, which wasn’t cool as i was in bathroom and door didn’t lock.
