Fantastic location right on the edge of the main village with exceptional views over the village and mountain from the room balconies. Staff was excellent and facilities top quality. The swimming pool open year around and heated to 27 degrees celsius and is at least 25m long for swimming laps. Breakfast vouchers are offered at the nearby pub but we used our kitchen in the suite for a morning bite. The hotel was amicable with us swapping the breakfast voucher for parking credit instead. After staying at the highly rated Nita Lodge in Whistler Creekside several times in the past we now prefer the convenience of being in the village at the Pan Pacific Centre,

Nothing.

In a great area, close to restaurants and amenities.

Breakfast was included but I was emailed to say that they were not serving breakfast and we would have to go to a restaurant attached to their sister hotel. We were not told voucher value. We had our breakfast, was presented with the bill to sign, add our room number and tip. On returning to the hotel I spoke to a receptionist who told us that our voucher credit was 15 Canadian dollars per head per day. A total of 60 dollars. Our bill for the first day was 60.90 dollars, cup hot chocolate, coffee and 2 cooked breakfasts. If breakfast is included then it should NOT cost me any money. The fact that they decided not to provide breakfast at the hotel was not my problem.

The finishing, comfort and location

Highly disappointed about breakfast - I had booked the room with breakfast only to receive a note prior my visit that breakfast was in a pub walking distance to the hotel, while the hotel provides a credit voucher as a compensation. So far so good. What they don’t say that the voucher covers c.50% of breakfast! The voucher could also be used for lunch or dinner however it was to be redeemed prior to check out which is at 11am so couldn’t be utilised for lunch as such as this was after checkout! Also relatively high parking cost- especially given it was off season.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Ruby was lovely and let me check in early. I got a room upgrade and the apartment was amazing and definitely worth the money. All the facilities were great. Comfy bed and great view from balcony. You can connect your phone to the TV to stream Netflix. The spa and pool are fantastic, and I even got given a $30 voucher to spend at their restaurant. For someone who usually can't afford a place like this, I found in very affordable.Fireplace was great too and hotel is close to everything.

The lounge room TV didn't turn on, but I didn't need to use it so it was fine.

Convenient, although this was booked as a special getaway & this booking was chosen because breakfast was included. When we arrived, we were told there are no breakfasts available & was offered free car parking instead, which was useful to us.Hot tub & sauna was appreciated, also the tea/coffee station at the lobby.

All facilities need to be at the place of booking. Use of gym & other facilities at their sister-venue is of no use. We didn't want to fight the village crowds to find breakfast, but had to still do so. Would have changed booking if we were advised earlier about no breakfasts being offered. We also don't like walking past the front reception & entrance in swimwear to get to the hot tub & pool - & return.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient spot. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and the housekeeping staff we met were lovely. The pool was lovely - we unfortunately didn’t get to try the Raven Room but it also looked great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a room on a higher floor upon check in which had lovely views.

The room was a little dated and was showing signs of some wear. We requested a cot for our little one and this also showed more than a few signs of wear and tear, to the extent that I gave it a good clean before we used it.

The cleaness of the hotel, including the lobby, the corridor and the rooms impressed me. Also love the decoration and color scheme of the hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and all the supplies are a big plus for long stays. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. I should especially thank Sandra and the manager who spent the time helping me book the hotel room when I decided to extend my stay. The manager was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get his name. He was at Pan Pacific Mountainside the day when he helped me.

Bed is super comfy, and room was well equipped and serviced. It has a very decent size fridge freezer and dishwasher. I love the fireplace in the room too! The hotel is central located, 3 mins walk to the whistler village gondola. Although centrally located, it does not comprise the quietness in the room. You can also store your skis at the sister hotel Mountain Side which is just located right next to the gondola. I also love the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Felt instantly relaxed after a day of skiing. Also enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate available every afternoon after skiing. You can see the mountain from the room, and the room has a balcony! I don't normally say it, but if we were to come back to Whistler, we would stay here again without a doubt. We also love the breakfast delivery to our room every morning, time saver and eat at our leisure.

The upper floor suites we booked are located from floor 5 to 9. We were given the floor 5, although from the room you can see the mountain and it was blocked slightly by all the nearby hotels which were around 5 floor high. It would have been nicer to have a room located at higher floor, but it doesn't really matter as we skiied pretty much all day everyday. Apart from this tiny thing, love everything!

Location was fabulous & room very comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful and we enjoyed the facilities including the spa & swimming pool.

We chose this Hotel because it offered Breakfast included. Unfortunately we were disappointed to find out that this had been replaced with a credit to use ONLY at an Irish Bar (Dubh Lin Gate Pub) that didn't open until 10.00am. As we like to be up early to enjoy our excursions, we would have preferred a few other restaurant options to use our credit for breakfast. We felt pressure to use our credit & the meals were disappointing both times.

Great location - edge of whistler village - minutes walk from many local attractions, restaurants and pubs. Beautiful suite with a fireplace, a shower, tub and kitchenette with pots, pans, oven/range, cultery and dinnerware. No bottled water, but the water source is the surrounding mountain glaciers so, it's pretty clean and refreshing to drink. As a tea drinker, I appreciated the kettle - no need to filter out the coffee taste in the coffee pot - and the tea provided was great quality. I loved that they provided robes and slippers in the room as well. Overall a great visit - so much so we extended for an extra night!

When booking, a free breakfast was included for both guests. Due to off-season travel, that option was not available - instead we were presented with 3 alternate options, one of which was free parking. It was a decent trade-off, but just something to note for future visitors. The view from our room was not a good one. We had a balcony area, but the view was literally a brick wall.
