I was pleasantly surprised. Our usual hotel in the area was fully booked, and this was a fallback. We had a room with a patio door entrance (very good security features on the door) and it made getting things into the room very easy. The beds were clean and fresh I like the available picnic table and outdoor space, although we were just passing through for the ferry.

This a bit of an older building, and the furniture is a bit worn, but it is perfectly serviceable, and the room was well priced for our purpose (the ferry).

Liked , staff, location room and being pet friendly.

Only saw coffee, no breakfast. If there was one, I didn't see it or wasn't told about it. Also, all dogs are supposed to be on a leash. There was a guest whose dog had the run of the outdoors. The dog was large and intimidating, though pretty much ignored my husky and me. Looks like people don't pick up after their dogs.

Bed was comfy and room was large.

We request a late check in and out by an hour because of the time our flight arrived, along with a ground floor room do to issues with the stairs. None of our requests were granted and we felt disappointed that our needs were not even discussed.

It was clean and comfortable. Lady at registration desk was very pleasant and helpful. Location was good.

I booked hotel with the breakfast included. However, there was no breakfast, not even in the box like in the couple of hotels we stayed at on our trip. Most hotels served regular breakfast. We didn't like getting the room on the second floor and drag our luggage up the stairs.

I liked the location and our quiet room.

I did not like the neighbour's pot smoke coming through the air-conditioning vent as he smoked outside his patio door. Our air-conditioner did not work well. I was disappointed there was no breakfast included as advertised on Booking.com (that may be a Booking.com issue).

The staff was very friendly and went beyond my expectations to make sure that I was comfortable.

There is nothing negative about the place. I would recommend it to my friends.

Close to beautiful Irving Park. Close to highway, close to restaurants, dog friendly, patio door with parking right in front of room.

Incorrectly advertised because there was no breakfast. They offered packaged cookies and coffee. The room smells like an old smoking room end the bathtub faucet dripped all the time

The fact that they stopped offering breakfast and didn't put that on the website is irresponsible, not offering anything except coffee and store bought cookies is a poor substitute. It was one of the reasons we stayed there.

The location was perfect, close to all amenities that is needed. Close to beaches and the Irving nature park.The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay!
