needed to give 24hr notice for housekeeping room cleans bfast ends too early at 10am

Had a nice stay in a great hotel that was close to the airport, highway and other attractions. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was well-appointed, with lots of towels, counter space and toiletries. TV was quite large, with lots of lights in room, in addition to phone chargers/plugs. Bed was comfy. Parking was ample and no charge to park. Restaurants and gas/convenience stores just around the corner. Loved the seat/luggage holder/shoe holder - great idea! Blinds closed nicely to keep mid-day sun out.

The price was a little high, but the room was very nice. Being picky here, but the clock radio was quite small and it was hard to read the time, even at night. The main entrance is locked at night, so you have to use your key card to enter the hotel - just annoying.

Great for the price. Very good amenities like the indoor pool, the gym and spacious car parking. The rooms were big enough as I took a room for 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 4 years). The beds are super comfy and in room amenities are great, especially the microwave oven. If you have a transit, this is the place

The house keeping service as I guess it is all over Canada. Full room cleaning is only applied after several days. For day to day service, they provide only trash can emptying, towels, and washroom requirements. The next day I have asked for the limited housekeeping service and it was provided adequately But for later days, I was given a hard time as I was told that it should be booked 24 hours in advance. The front disk told me to keep the filled trash cans outside the doors, but the house keeping staff asked me not to do so. So, it was really obvisous that there is no co-ordination of operations at some level in the hotel

Since we have kids 12 & 6 and they love to swim. The pool and the hot tub was a big hit for us. Bonus because it is heated. The room was clean the bed were comfortable.

The ice machine wasn’t working on our floor the day we got there. Housekeeping you have to let them know. So if you run out of like coffee, cups or anything like that you have to ask the front desk. And no free breakfast. I thought breakfast was included. Found out when we got there it wasn’t. As a family of 4, saves us a lot of snacks and food if breakfast would have been included.

I got a random wake up call at 4:58am that I didn’t request haha, so maybe turn that off cause it scared me a little

The room size and selection far exceeded expectations. It was spacious and roomy that made it feel like an upscaled hotel and not an inn. The amenities provided for were environmentally and socially conscious making the whole experience far greater than anticipated. The room, bed, bathroom were top notch and extremely clean and well kept that it set the gold standard of what other hotels should follow and be. There is also a pool, gym for working out and restaurant that makes the whole stay well contained, comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were all super friendly, courteous and professional that made the whole stay feel like a 5 star luxury treatment. Definitely will be coming back here as one of our now personal favourites.

The wifi was somewhat okay but this is just nitpicking as there wasn’t much, if any notable things to not like. This was by far one of the best experiences.

Door keys did not work really got away—although correction happened quickly

The desk staff was not welcoming all business no warmth.

Comfy rooms. Staff came up to give us what we needed. Pool was good but kinda on the cold side.

Are bed was very comfy we did not like are experiments with the pool fool of kids extremely loud so we went back to are room and the front desk told us that we had room service so we called for breakfast and we had to go down stairs to get it
