The Falls Family Lodge

Room - was neat, enough spacious for the price paid and the intention - sleep for the night. Bed - Clean sheets, good pillow, amazing mattress, sure did sleep well. Food - the Hotel is attached to a restaurant by same owner, its Indian restaurant - we did not eat there though. They have take out option and the menu prices shown decent pricing.

Security - The door, the corridor and the area were all good. The only issue had been some disturbance during the night - neighbour door was not opening and the noise they made was :( Entrances - the entrance the google maps shows is Ellen street, but if one has already done their check-in, they can also enter/exit via the Virsa Restaurant (Victoria road). This should have been mentioned on their website or on the google pages, it helps save someones time/effort to go a whole block to enter through the main entry point.

I like that the property its rarely close the falls in terms of not having to travel especially if your not driving out there. staff are friendly, I like that their rooms are clean.

I didn’t like that they accused of smoking in the room. we are smokers and been here many times to know we should smoke outside even while it’s winter we still go outside and if you smoke weed then you know the smell is gonna stick to our clothing cause we are smokers and they tried accusing us of smoking in the room cause it smelled like it and I had to tell this guy to check the cameras one and two their people passed us smoking outside in the mornings and late at night so at that point I just felt they wanted the left over our deposit because we did stay an extra day and did leave a little past our time so that’s what I didn’t like that they accused us

The room was clean and quiet. I noticed it was more modern since the last time I stayed n it was very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and I like how close to the falls this place is.

The staff in the morning was trying to get into our room before the check out time and I didn’t feel that was a great experience. We were told check out was at 11 and the were knocking n trying to get into the room before that.

It was clean and close to where we wanted to be. Nice seating area outside. Comfortable bed and the ac worked

We had to ask for an extra roll of tp. The one on the roll was about half gone and no extra available without asking. We had requested a ground floor room on our booking but were initially given a room upstairs. My 80 yr old father can't do stairs well. The room was a very good size but I would have preferred a little table with a chair or two as opposed to the massive couch that was there and took up way too much room.

I liked the location; mere minutes to walk just about everywhere people would want to go. The room was good. Considering the prices of everything else in the area, it was minimal but that's what I paid for. The room included a fridge and a microwave. Great bed.

I would have liked to see more towels provided in the rooms, and a stopper for the washroom sink.

Beds comfortable, AC, mini Fridge, location was great, staff friendly and accommodating (brought us extra towels and Band-Aids on request immediately)Price was great. Parking across the street if you have friends coming to visit etc., parking rates cheapest that I have seen anywhere in Niagara falls.

That I booked a stay at another hotel for twice the price for the rest of the trip - should have just booked this one for 3 nights!

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. I had a lot of delays with my flights and got to the hotel a lot later than planned. Staff were available to check me in and very kind considering the late hour. Very much appreciated after a very difficult and stressful travel.

It's very close to all the amenities, and just a few minutes walk down to the falls. It's fairly quiet, maybe because it's off peak season when we booked the room. I liked the fact that they have 3 Queen beds in one room.

It's the smell that gets into our room from the nearby restaurants. Also, the A/C doesn't work well especially in the middle of the night. The small fridge and microwave were stored in the closet where it is supposed to be used to hang up your clothes. Dark, narrow hallways. No hand sanitizer available.

I like how comfortable the bed was after a long day of walking and exploring around Niagara and the place was easy to find! Overall, it was a good place for the price you’re paying.

There’s just a little problem with the lamp, it won’t open unless you also open the light for the main room. Also, the curtain was too sheer.

The staff are great went above and beyond even drove to the store to get us bandaids! Nice clean rooms close location to the attractions. Room had good AC and it was surprisingly quiet for how loud the strip is on a saturday night!
