Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Niagara Falls, ON

Genuinely nice facility: quaint, quiet, clean, updated. Breakfast was actually decent for what it was: continental + hot eggs & sausage, and a do-it-yourself waffle bar. The dining area was a little crowded at times, but nothing major. Walking distance to attractions, but not too close to the crowds.

Although the distant view of Canada from our room was nice, we weren’t on the side of the hotel facing the falls. I’m not 100% certain what that view entails, but it’s got to be better than the view we had of parking lots and vacant buildings. Still, this was not at all an issue since we didn’t spend a lot of time standing there staring out the window and if seeing the falls from the room was important, we could have booked somewhere closer. The parking situation was disappointing since we had to park pretty far away in spite of paying $15 a day for parking. All-in-all the hotel was incredibly nice. And hot. so hot.

The property is a very short walk to the falls (5-10 min depending on your speed) and right on the perimeter of Clifton Hill where all the restaurants and amusement areas are. We leave the car at the hotel and walk everywhere. The hotel itself is very nice, no frills but provides a clean and comfortable place to stay in Niagara falls. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds & pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast selection is very good with hot and cold variety. Best of all, the parking fee is the most reasonable at around $15/ night compared to other area hotels where the room rates are higher & parking is twice as much.

The property location is great. It’s in perfect walking distance (5-10 minutes)to Niagara Falls and the surrounding attractions. Upon arriving the parking lot was easy to get into and we were able to easily find a spot. the check in process was simple and the staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and clean. we had 2 separate rooms with 2 queen bed to accommodate our family of 5. the bathroom was modern and clean as well. The breakfast was good. My kids loved making there own waffles with the waffle maker.

there weren’t enough chairs in the indoor swimming pool area and I had to sit on the floor to watch my children swim. At breakfast, they didn’t offer English breakfast tea, only an orange flavored tea and a herbal green tea. I would think English breakfast tea would be standard as a tea to offer. Also, there are only 2 treadmills in the fitness center and the one treadmill wasn’t working properly. Intermittently, the belt would pause while running and fluctuate from say 7 to 5.5 miles per hour. Luckily I didn’t get hurt but it could cause injury to someone. This happened at least 10 times during the hour I was on it.

I liked the location. A few minutes walking distance from the main attractions. Staff do a great job with keeping your room clean. Breakfast included is pretty basic, do not expect many options, but good enough to start the day.

I didn't like the mattress and pillows... Poor quality and not comfortable. They also charge 15$ a day for parking. They could use thatoney to at least have a decent parking lot. You can hear the noise from other rooms. It seems like the wall insulation is not good enough.

We were on the 7th floor (top) and found it very quiet! This was the first time we've had the top floor in any hotel and found it to be the quietest stay we've ever had! 😀 I was made aware that other people were not a fan of this hotel, and we considered rescheduling elsewhere, but I'm glad we didn't! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was within walking distance to everywhere. We were about to pay double the price to stay somewhere else, and I'm VERY happy we didn't!

The breakfast should include more proteins and fruits. The parking should be free

The breakfast was good but there were no eggs. Besides that, the breakfast exceeded expectations. Enjoyed the heated pool. When checking in, I was at first ignored by the women, but a man came from the back, and his genuine smile instantly made it better.

I took food up to the room. It would have been nice to have a tray so I could have carried juice or coffee for the family. Instead made coffee in the room that was not very good. The temp in the room would be too hot and then too cold while sleeping. Pillows could have been bigger and fluffier

The hotel was a great value, staff was friendly, breakfast was a bonus, rooms are large, hotel seemed clean and cared for.

The beds and pillows where very firm, comforter could use color (all bedding was white) and the rooms could use some brighter colors to seem more welcoming. The breakfast presentation could be better, extra parking fee seems unnecessary since most people drive to the hotel and the hotel has a parking lot anyway but that seems to be the norm for the area. However I’d stay again because it’s a good value.

The location is really good, just a walking distance from downtown and the falls. You can easily leave your car at the hotel and walk to the main attractions. The hotel is a little old but seems to have been modeled a few times. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good, not great. The bread options could be improved. The pool is decent, but there is no locker room, only restroom outside the pool area, which makes u drip on the floor until you get to the restrooms.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful. The King room was spacious. Shower needed a little more attention to cleaning. City view was fine. Bedding was clean. No problem with lift considering reading previous reviews.

I’m sorry but the breakfast wasn’t good at all. The scrambled eggs and sausages didn’t look appetising. Choice of breakfast was limited. Waffle mix was tasteless. I know it’s advertised as free but it has to be paid for somehow, so it’s not free. But if you’re claiming it’s free then the quality reflected it. Tables weren’t cleaned enough. We had to clean it ourselves.
