The things I did like most were the service at the reception desk, the comfortable bed, and breakfast service. The welcome and service we received at 11;15Pm from the front desk was quick and excellent. The cleanliness in our room was good, however the comfortable bed relieved my back pain, therefore I can not hesitate to say we had a very good sleep and enjoyable. When we went for breakfast, we enjoyed the breakfast as it had varieties to satisfy any body's choice, and the attendant lady was very welcoming, cheerful, and helpful indeed.

Decent value given limited hotel options in Granby. Breakfast had a good number of options, including waffles, cereal, granola. Pool was fun to play in although it's not heated. Nice place for a one or two night stopover.

We requested side by side rooms with another family but we ended up on different floors. Pool wasn't heated so was pretty chilly.

The location is perfect, we booked this hotel while visiting Zoo Granby and it was 6 minutes away. The place was clean and the AC in our room worked really well. Great price, which also included breakfast in a large room (waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, bananas, muffins, yogurt, orange juice, coffee…). The pool was clean.

The room was clean, and a good size. The fridge was a good size.

The dining area was not very appealing. An effort was made to clean between guests using the table, but the staff couldn't keep up. It was dirty enough that we decided to skip the free breakfast the second morning and eat in town. Granby is a great town for family outings, but the guests need to control their kids in the dining area.

Stayed here again despite an unpleasant experience several years ago specifically because of this property's welcoming pet policy -- and was most pleasantly surprised at the vast improvements, including this time: the WELCOMING, HELPFUL FRONT DESK staff; and the completely UPDATED DECOR in our room (which was also comfortable, quiet, and fully equipped) -- in addition to being on the main floor this time! (Instead of the truly unpleasant basement one we were relegated to -- again because of pets, we were told -- on our earlier stay.) We visit friends in this area at least once per year, and would be more than happy to make this property our "home away from home" on all future visits -- and are more than happy to recommend this property to others.

I loved the firm bed. Comforters were comfy. We had everything we needed for a one night stay.

The hotel insisted to charge us taxes, even though I presented them with the confirmation booking email from Booking.com, that taxes were included in the booking price. Staff was not willing to reverse that charge.

The location was excellent close to everything restaurants and malls were walking distance. The room was cosy and cleaned. At breakfast they were disinfecting.

On booking.com my room price total said 144. When I got to the hotel it was 144 plus all taxes which came to 171.35, which I though was a bit expensive for the room.

Staff excellent service. All the staff are really welcoming, Smiley, friendly and really nice. For breafast they make sure I have everything I need: and my 2 slices of bread gluten-free available and ready just for me. They also offered me to buy soya coffee cream if I wanted. Breakfast buffet: really safe (covid). They make sure everyone put gel on their gants and wear plastic gloves to serve themself. (And toi remove when you are sit down. I really appreciate also the room was really quiet: there is NO noisy fan, so I sleep like a baby. Also All room have access directly on a balcony.

The smell of "clean parfum" in the room was too much. But they changed my room with no problem and resolve my problem right away.My room smelt parfum (I am environment sensitive) and she found one that was Perfect for me.

Location is very good and the breakfast was more than we had expected. Staff are very accommodating and had our room clean and ready when we returned in the evening.

The staff were very nice and especially Claire and the other sweet lady who were serving on the breakfast the 21st of May. They were so welcoming and nice.

I guess there was no room service as we had to go ourselves downstairs to find extra pillows.
