Sheraton Saint-Hyacinthe Hotel

The room was awesome. We had a corner room and the windows on two sides just made for a lovely open feeling. Everything was fresh, clean, modern and roomy. Bed was really comfortable and staff extremely helpful and friendly.

There was a problem with the coffee maker. Since we were checking out we didn’t have time for a fix but we were given a complimentary expresso coffee so we got our caffeine fix. I was sad not to lounge in the room over a coffee but in the end we got home earlier so win-win!

The rest of the staff was very helpful. Love the place. Very nice rooms and underground parking. Our second time there.

The server with tattoo arms was more interested in talking then working with her customers. Waited for more than 10 minutes after our drinks were gone to hopefully get another drink after our meal was finished, but she ignored us and talked with some guys at a booth. I might add that this was around 4:00 and there was only 6 other patrons in the restaurant.

First..the place is absolutely amazing...Every amenity you could ever need... The staff- Being from Ontario amd indomt speak any french at all...Inwas.grerted as I entered by Eve the Front Desk Agent..She was very friendly and professional...She made checkin flawless. She helped order meals because of the language barrier...She was very welcoming. I met the Front Desk Manager the second night and again..another amazing young lady..friendly..knowledgeable...and professional...Jeffrey the night Auditor was helpful..friendly aswell... The property is meticulously clean..the rooms were immaculate...They follow Covid protocol at all times... I cant Thank you all enough as a team for making this a truly awesome trip and stay at your establishment. Shannon-Marie Southern Ontario, Canada

Nothing Negative to report

The staff gave us great recommendations about the city. Also there was the sheraton club which was included with our stay and it helped me save few bucks since there was a elite coffee machine and im kinda addicted

Cheerleading competition took place a the same time the pool was full but still it was okay

Great location just off the highway. Hotel looks brand new, everything is so clean! Indoor parking made us feel extra secure. Would stay again anytime!

Room service meal from the restaurant was slightly pricey, but good

poor service. I know we are in a period of covid, but some minimum requirements were missing. For a Sheraton, I really was disappointed.

A bit expensive as I think lower occupancy during week-end at this time of the year, I would have expected a lower rate for a single night during w-e.

Beautiful hotel, it was all decorated for Christmas. Wonderful for conferences, and attached was a large shopping mall. Lovely room with comfy robes, and a a really nice pool.

The restaurant was delicious, they were out of the meal my daughter wanted so she picked something else and loved it, they were very accommodating and friendly
