staff was excellent the, room was great. requested high floor room and they put us up on the 24th floor! pool area was nice. didn't try the restaurant but it looked decent the hotel is connected to the parkade, casino, and a large mall via sky-walk.

parking was a bit of a mess. the parkade is attached to the hotel via a sky-walk but for whatever reason the walkway was not accessible from the parkade side. so unless you have someone waiting inside the hotel to open the door you have to go down to street level and cross the busy street. in addition to this the elevator in parkade was non functioning so going down the stairs with your heavy bags are your only option. if your in a wheelchair avoid the parkade at least parking was free

Location The room was very nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Room not ready at the time indicated 4pm. We were told it would be about another 1/2 hour. We left our phone number to be alerted when we could complete our checkin. No one called us. After an hour we checked and our room was ready. We heard excuses, but they knew we had a reservation

Room was very spacious. Location was easy to find. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Front desk agents were quick to assist and answer questions.

Parking was a little confusing and the one door was locked and we had to wait in the parkade for the security to come let us in, when the front desk said that we only needed our key card to let us back in. The bed had broken springs.

Booked to stay at a conference. Loved everything, clean, good location, good value for money, great view of the Great White Prairie!

Not a thing! Got hungry late and walked over the the neighboring hotel to buy some Ramen. Could have a snack dispenser handy. But it is a higher class hotel so I understand why not.

The staff upgraded our room for free from a queen room to a suite for our one night anniversary weekend. They room was huge and very spacious and I will def book again. The pool was open and it was fun to swim for the first time since covid hit! I’ll definitely be booking here again though!

the room was nice and tidy except the bathroom. The shower stall had some gunk on the bottom that I found really gross but I just laid a towel on the floor and showered. That’s my only complaint.

We liked the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel in general. The 1919 restaurant was great! The distance from the hotel to the Cornwall shopping centre is perfect!

The underground parking is great but could be more organized in regards to lines being repainted and better directional guidance.

Great location for attending the Roughrider game. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I have no comment to make on it. Parking and check-in were a little unusual since they are right on a busy street in downtown Regina.

Ok. Would have liked a better coffee shop- espresso available, baked goods at the coffee shop

Restaurant/bar closed. No “shop” to purchase snacks or necessities. No microwave. No mini bar to choose anything from in room

Customer service was excellent. I like the underground parking. Parked and everything we did was within walking distance. The mall , walked to Mosaic Stadium for the rider game ( 15-20min). Overall a great experience !

Was looking forward to hot tub , but was closed.

I thought the staff was great the facility was pretty good. The bed had some stains on it but they were changed so it was fine in the end. I thought the parking was very expensive too with parking two vehicles down there. But all in all we would come again.
