Fairfield by Marriott Xi'an North Station

Convenient location close to the North station with the metro, and a lovely mellow neighborhood, nearby. The staff spoke English and were really helpful. I had originally booked another place that was only slightly cheaper, especially when factoring in a taxi to the train station to catch an early train, but it was awful so I moved. My room at the Marriott was a huge relief! Big and very comfortable, it was a pleasure to return to at the end of hot days outside.

The road and the air conditioner were noisy at night. Some body lotion would be a good addition to the toiletries.

We needed and appreciated that there was a free laundry on site, as well as a breakfast buffet included. The room was clean and the staff made sure our beds were neat and the room was refreshed. The front desk helped get us a cab when we wanted to go to see the Terra Cotta Army.

It's not really that close to the Xi'an Train Station walking wise, but it's a cab ride away.

The staff is very helpful. I would like to thank MaoZeyuan, who was very attentive, kind and generous. She made the whole difference in our stay, having helped us order (Western) food, delivered in our room. She is very professional and accommodating, making our stay easier and more enjoyable.

It is very far from the city centre, but it only a 10-min walk to the subway.

Out of the way and not easy to find if arriving by subway. Far more than the stated 1000ft from subway station - at least a 1000 yards! Made to pay more than Booking. com's "Total Price" - something I will follow up.

Aircond not cold enough, no lotion provided Xi'an weather is too dry should provide body butter or lotion in the hotel room. My hotel room fridge is not functioning, not cold enough until my fruits became mouldy.

Everything was amazing and just as expected. The room was even larger than I thought! After a long day of traveling getting to this hotel room was amazing. Everything was extremely clean, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was very nice! The staff were extremely helpful as well.

the hotel was on the edge of a ring road. we didn't have any noise but there was a 20 minute walk to the underground

This property is new and the rooms are gorgeous. They even have free laundry on the top floor and a great breakfast in the morning.

Taxis have a hard time finding the location.

Newly built hotel with comfortable rooms and a nice view. Self laundry at 35th floor and a small gym at 31st. Breakfast with decent choices.

Every staff was super friendly and professional, special thanks to Ms. Doris, the manager and Kitty. They made this trip more pleasant and memorable.
