NH Collection Royal Smartsuites

This is a well run hotel with large rooms & close to some fabulous restaurants. The rooftop pool is small but nice and the hottub is refreshingly cool. I work in the fitness industry so i was pleased with a small but well stocked area. I travel with my puppy and was charged a flat rate for her and everyone was very kind to her. Other hotels are not so pet friendly as this one. OH! And I usually don't eat breakfast, but treated myself to it one day, because here, it is amazing. A bounty of options with plates from the kitchen too.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Great location and most of the staff was very nice and professional.

The manager was rude when I asked him about an extra tax they charged me with. He basically said,to go to another hotel if I didn't like it. That was completely unnecessary to be that rude.

Everything was amazing. The location is great, the room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly. On my first morning I woke up, I noticed there was no coffee machine in the room, so I asked for one and they brought it right away. Small details like that made my stay in NH collection Royal a perfect stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The location was very central, safe, and several restaurants close by. A couple grocery stores (Carulla, etc..) were close by. On the roof is a nice spa and small pool with good view of the city. Of note, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. I found the wifi in my room to be slow / inconsistent, and brought to their attention. Within a day they provide me with a router to amplify the signal and address the issue. They also provided a great suggestion close by for my Covid test (80k) prior to my flight. Thank you!

The first breakfast was amazing with "yuca" and "suero" one of the best i've tried so far. The location is great near the best restaurants in the city and it is easy to move around from there

The bathroom offers little to no privacy so the hotel isn't suitable for business trips with a college. Also had to wait a couple of times to move the car from the parking basement.

Location is great. Staff great. Very good breakfast buffet. Linens were worn out and pillows smelled old. Bed was hard but we were told that's ordinary in colombia.

Location, Amenities, Service, Front desk, Restaurant and personal at entrance . All staff provided an excellent customer service, great breakfast and HIGH FIVE to restaurant and entrance personnel !AAA +++ Location is perfect !

Staff and accommodations were great. Clean, good bed, good a/c, good wifi, good shower, nice towels, great location, good breakfast. Everything worked!

Great location and facility. Very stylish and modern. The rooftop pool is a nice touch and relaxing place to spend an afternoon.

Overall great experience. The wifi was a bit spotty whenever I tried to do a video call. Given the rate I thought it would have been better (and that's why I paid more). Outside of that, great stay.
