Hotel Grand Park

Amazing housekeeping staff. The rooms and facilities are spotless. And they were very attentive to keeping my space organized. A good location that was walking distance to a few good places to shop and eat. Also close to adult fun in the tolerance zone.

I had a guest that was going to come up at 4pm in the afternoon, but they still acted like I was bringing in a "worker" at 3am. It was just for a quick clothes change and to leave her bag upstairs. Next time I guess I'll check in the both of us when I arrive to avoid the hassle. Oh, and if you're there on a weekend expect a bunch of kids at the pool.

After a week of staying in hostel beds we were happy to arrive at Hotel Grand Park. We were warmly welcomed by the young man at reception and his colleage and were pleasantly suprised to be told the hotel had a steam room and sauna. We used the indoor pool, too. Good location 10 minutes' walk from the Gold Museum, and breakfast was included in the price. Absolutely excellent value for money.

Breakfast options weren't great but we made do. Didn't like having to wear a swimming cap (cost 1 EUR from reception) in the pool. The sauna wasn't working, which was a shame. We told reception and they spoke to maintenance but nobody seemed to fix it.

I arrived early, around 11:00 am and the hotel allowed me to check in at that time rather than have to wait until 3:00 pm! I was very tired and asked for any room available. They kindly upgraded my room to a large room with a very comfortable king size bed. I will definitely stay at Hotel Grand Park in future travels to Bogotá. I love their grand piano and swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The staff is wonderful, professional, courteous and friendly. Kudos to Lucia, the director of hospitality and interpersonal relations!

customer service location all the employees are great from the recepción guy I can’t spell his name , the ladies in the restaurant one young lady whit glasses and another one helping the tables, the ladies who clean the rooms all them are the best before I stay all the time in the tequendama hotel but now I’m going to stay in this hotel I love it

the phone in the room don’t work tv too small for the room 32 inch last time I stay in a cheaper room and that one have netflix this suite no towels are a little to old but really clean

We asked for a different room and they gave us a beautiful suite with a king bed and a jacuzzi! What a wonderful surprise! I love this hotel! They have a gorgeous heated pool and a grand piano in the lobby. I often stopped by to play the piano and entertain myself and other guests! The staff is very courteous, friendly and professional, always ready to help! The location is close to myriad attractions in Bogotá and easy to get transportation. Will definitely stay here again!

Even though we did not use it, the inside heated pool area was superb. There is a very good open concept in the front desk with several seating areas. The staff was helpful.

There was some construction going on which made a bit of a mess in the front. No computer area for flight check in assistance.

We stayed 3 days, the first-day breakfast was quite good, there was a variety on the menu and it was delicious. Another thing that we really liked was the time that the pool was available to the public. The staff was very attentive and friendly at all times.

The other 2 remaining days, the breakfast menu did not change much. The bar was not open 24/7, and it is usually important for travellers who arrive at the hotel to rest after a long day of walking, being able to have access to drinks after 10:00 p.m. to relax is priceless. It is understandable that the bar is not open, but at least the staff should have access to the key to the drinks and be able to provide them to the guests. The hotel has 2 elevators, however, for some reason during our stay, only 1 was working and there were many guests waiting.

Location is great. Pool is OK, but we did not use it. The staff is very friendly and kind. We had a dinner in hotel restaurant and tried ajiaco (good experience, good taste) - service was very good. No complaints. Stay at the hotel and all facilities are in accordance with the price of the night.

Breakfast is monotonous and sparse for this type of hotel . In the room we find two big towels, without small towels and towel for the floor after showering, no trash can except one small by toilet (to small for ordinary trash). Usual toothbrush cups were missing. We ask the hotel-maid for it and got two small towels and trash can, but she did not bring a glasses. We did not understand her spanish answer. Food towel we did not ask for. In this type of hotel there is a brochure on technical and general information about the hotel (phone numbers, breakfast schedule, dinner, menu, etc.) which is not here. There is a small refrigerator in the room that we are used to being a mini - bar, but it was empty (maybe the mini bar is not an integral part of this room but it could also make money).

Pool is large. Spa and Steam room are FREE! Friendly staff (some speak English) I like the location. You can walk to the Museo de Oro. There is a great hidden little Italian restaurant Negroni just around the corner. (Tell em the Gringo Cucho sent you)

They think of themselves as an up scale hotel. They need better towels, and, even more, face towels. The washstand and mirror are outside the toilet/shower room. There needs to be hooks for 2 face towels. The towels they give you for pool or spa are also a bit wimpy.
