Limanaki Beach Hotel & Suites

Nice beautiful modern hotel, spacious and spotless white. Great view from the room. Massive balcony with sunbeds. Room was bigger than I expected. The sofa bed was good enough for an adult bed. main bed was also huge. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good parking. Smooth check in/out. Good Neighborhood. I think this hotel got the most central spot of the whole beach line. Many restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited in Spring. Pool wasn't heated and was too cold to swim. Also they turn the Air-condition off for winter. You have to sleep with the window open, means waking up to anyone talking loudly outside.

The rooms were amazing . We paid hlf board , breakfast/dinner. Food was delicious 😋, restaurant leads out into the harbour so your dinning with a view of the beautiful Napa harbour. It’s right in the centre so you can get to shops, restaurants in a few minutes. Also you get the best view of the city and the harbour from up top 😍.

I think it was just that there was only one pool outside, so if all the sun beds have been taken. There’s no space no anyone else to use the pool.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in from the location to the bedrooms, the cost, food, views, staff, EVERYTHING was perfect. There are so many restaurants (walking distance) in the area, beaches, quad bike hire, supermarkets, water activities…. the list can go on. We booked a junior suite and we had 2 balconies with amazing views, especially at night. Trust my review and you won’t be disappointed. Our flight was delayed and the hotel charged us a small fare to extend our check out time (they even added extra time for us) Thank you so much for accommodating me and my friends.

Everything about our stay was completely perfect! 1. We got a room with amazing view which we didn’t expect 2. Ladies at reception were extremely nice and helpful. My friend and I had a lot of questions and requests and all of them were fulfilled with huge politeness. Jeep safari, renting bicycles, charger adapters, borrowing flatting iron, calling shuttle service for airport transfer… trust me there is more 🙈 3. Room was very clean and cleaning ladies were also super nice 4. Don’t get me started about food! We chose half board option and every single item on buffet was delicious - meat, salads, bread, fruit, desserts - EVERYTHING 5. Five stars to location of hotel 6. Also to mention that Cyprus is magnificent, especially Ayia Napa. We were visiting in March and there weren’t many tourists so it is perfect timing for visiting famous spots of the island. Huge recommendation for this hotel, we are definitely coming back next year!

Beautiful hotel - the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Great mattress. The breakfast was amazing - great selection, quality and freshness. The hotel is right by the beach and the port - there's several restaurants/cafes just a 1-5 min walk away, supermarket just across the street and it's just a 5 min walk from the town center. The little harbour and promenade along the coast and great for walks. It was too cold in March to use the pool, but it looked inviting and very clean. Free parking was available too - it might however be taken up quite quickly if the hotel is full. There's more (paid, 3 eur per day) available right across the street.

The personnel seemed a little disengaged. We got everything we needed and but we were missing a bit of friendliness. Especially the staff at the restaurant (during breakfast - we also went for lunch once) looked very demotivated and there was no engagement with guests at all. Not a massive issue for our stay, but something that makes quite a difference and should be improved. A smile goes a long way.

It is my second time in this hotel.The location is great,it is on the beach.The hotel is clean and the breakfasts are tasty.

Last night staff from the hotel bar at 00:30 was sitting and laughing,drinking and speaking loudly near the pool.Not only I mentioned that.I was waiting some time,but they didn’t stop.I went to reception and asked a man on reception to tell the staff be not so load cause it is too late.The man from reception began to speak loudly and emotionality me that it is there work and they must work.I said that I didn’t prohibit them to work,but they weren’t working and made too many noise for guests to sleep.Then he began to talk emotional in his language and waving his arms. So be ready to meet such “hospitality” from this hotel staff.

First of, we were greeted with so much warmth and kindness. The food is simply amazing, everyday something new. Literally everyday! The staff were uber kind. It was my birthday and they surprised me with an upgrade. I had a lovely room and an unforgettable weekend.

I always something to complain about, but this has no fault. I loved it. Definitely coming back.

I travel a lot and this hotel was the best hotel that I stayed in. Literally everything what you need. Amazing, spacious room, balcony with the sea view. Towels changed everyday, nice toiletries. The bed was super comfortable. Various choice breakfast and always delicious. Very helpful staff and always smiling. Perfect location just next to the harbour. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is in an excellent location right by the harbour. All the staff are friendly and can’t do enough to help you. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the deluxe rooms are fantastic as is the food. This was our 2nd stay and we are due back again soon. 👏

Great breakfast and dinner, the buffet was very rich! Excellent service, very friendly staff and the most important, our room could not be more comfortable! One of our best holidays! Highly recommended and definetely will come again!
