Pytloun City Boutique Hotel

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub, which was really nice as we were there for a ski weekend, and it was very much needed after a day on the hills! The room was quite large, and had everything you could possibly want in a hotel stay. From a comfy bed, to bath robes, mugs for coffee and tea, multiple drinking glasses, wine opener...it was very convenient! Though we didn't really make use of it, the TV has hundreds of channels to choose from as well. The location itself is walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Liberec, as well as multiple grocery stores and a mall across the street. There is an indoor parking lot you can pay extra for as well. As it is built on the top two floors of an office building, it is quiet on weekends which was also nice. It is also quite convenient if you are in Liberec for skiing, as it is only a 10-15 minute drive away from the city. Our favourite aspect of the hotel was the included breakfast. For a hotel breakfast it had a good variety of options, including a station you could make your own waffles. And despite being from a machine, the coffee was actually very good. It is also convenient that they start breakfast at 7am on weekends (I believe it may even be earlier on week days), so we were always able to get a meal in before heading to the ski hill each day. Overall a fantastic stay!

The only minor difficulty we had was at the automated check in desk, as after filling out the details (to be fair, they do message you in advance of your stay to complete this online to save time), we could not locate our room number on any of the screens. Fortunately I downloaded the concierge app it advised of so I could use my phone as a key, and it was listed in the settings there. Again, a very minor issue.

Centrally located for sightseeing in Liberec, with a tram stop just outside if wanting to avoid walking to some of the more distant attractions (such as the zoo). The room was well equipped; while it wasn't really the season to use the terrace much, it offered a nice view and would have been a lovely place to sit out in warmer months. There was a wide selection of good food at breakfast, including warm options. While there was a mistake that led to the security deposit not being refunded to my card, the hotel resolved it very quickly (money back to my account within 24 hours) when I contacted them about it.

The walls were a bit thin; we unfortunately had neighbors with children and the TV on a lot of the time, which made it more noticeable. Those who like the room really dark might find the curtains a little light too.

Breakfast was great - it was not huge, but very tasty. The rooms are very clean, so are the bathrooms. The hotel is on the last floor of the building, so the view is exceptional. Location is perfect! You can go almost everywhere by foot!!! The staff is very helpful and focused on improving everything what's possible. It is 20 km from Polish border and you are in very cozy Czech city.

The property is nice and the breakfast was great as well. The location is awesome as there are several great eating and drinking places nearby within walking distance. Rooms that we choose for a family were also clean and very comfortable.

The checkout process was not friendly and ideal. We got charged for late checkout even when we checked out less than 1 hour after the default time. The evening staff was friendly and helpful but the daytime ones were not so customer friendly.

Everything is very nice , location is 10+ jacuzzi at night is amazing ,the manager of the property was superb thanks Erika all the staff was very pleasant and polite! Beautiful people, Anneta was very receptive on any request or information, great team of young people making the most for us locals or tourists, keep up all the best

We really liked staff who worked there. There was a nice lady at the recpetion who gave us wine glasses and robes for free. Also, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. The location is amazing, few meters from bus station and few minutes form city centre. Overall, very pleasant experience, we enjoyed our stay in Liberec

Location: excellent, right in the center near the bus station, with parking facilities inside the building, free of charge. Team: you see a dedicated smiley young team, that let you feel rewarded as an esteemed guest. Room: the nicest of a teddy bear on the bed is awesome! kudos for the idea, you get a home feeling! Room is top furnished nothing missing, spacious private terrace for a good breath (pity weather not so sunny). Breakfast: quite good, you take it on the winter garden on the terrace, will soon be opened to enjoy the fresh morning breeze. Wifi: it had some downfall, yet when connected good speed. Possibly a router to be fixed. A very pleasant experience, last year the first, it confirms to be my prime choice in Liberec. Thanks, sehr gerne wieder!

the breakfast was amazing, the staff was super nice and helpful all the time, we were really impressed. one of the highlight was definitely the comfortable bed. the location of the hotel is perfect, few minutes walk from the main square and just a few steps from tram and bus station. we would definitely stay again.

Once I got there ... no thanks to Google Maps or to Liberec lack of street signs ... it was great. Smooth lifts to the high floors on which it lives. Once there, sheer luxury. Great room with all comforts. Legendary breakfast.

Luxury is not cheap. Plus, extracting a 2000 Kc deposit over and above the charges beforehand is a bit steep.

Very comfortable beds and friendly, hardworking and professionall staff. Receptionist Lucie is one of the friendliest we have met in years. The day we arrived she was on her second unforseen shift because of absence of a colleague, yet she kept her smile and did everything to make us comfortable.
