Pytloun Self Check-in Hotel Liberec

Staff. They are really friendly and trying to help in any occasion. Breakfast is good and freshly prepared, big thank to Aleksandra, she really gave her best. Parking is big enough and free. There are also charges for electro cars.

Cleaning could be a little bit better. Some things are missing in rooms, such as hair dryer or tv remote and in some rooms tv is just not working. One cable was missing. Small things which must be done before guest get in.

Excellent breakfasts with a wide variety of quality products. The same applies to all the food we had in the hotel's restaurant, simply delicious. The rooms were nice, clean, and, despite their size, had everything we needed.. Additionally, there was free coffee / hot chocolate which we could get anytime from a coffee machine :)

The rooms were VERY small, but I see this only as a minor disadvantage as one does not spend that much time there anyway. However, what disappointed us the most were the beds which creaked horribly.

breakfast was very good, with some sausages, eggs and cerials, different types of nuts, yoghurt, etc. Sure, there are high-priced hotels who offer more (such as fish, front-cooking, etc.) but the bread, cheese, eggs, and sausage offered was really sufficient choice. Even one type of cake was offered. And different coffee specialties. It is somewhat away from the city center. With a car, or bus, it is no problem. Even though it is located at a main road, there was no noise in the room. Enough free parking space in the backyard.

The logon procedure via touchpad was easy to understand but lengthy and complicated. It took us 30 minutes to find out if, where and how we have to register on the touch pad. Unfortunately, I did not have access to my e-mails at first. Fortunately, the lady at the restaurant was very helpful. I did not immediately that room 12sm-dbl means room number 12.

Breakfast was ok.

I booked extra bed for 2nd kid which was in line with hotel policy, but upon evening arrival we were told it is not available at all on this hotel, so we were left 4 persons on 3 bed places. I booked this option and sent extra message but apparently nobody cared about it. Main door unlock keyboard could be lighten up for better visibility (no light in the door entrance zone).

Room set up wasn’t as I had been led to believe. For example a triple room was a single and a double bed (albeit with 2 separate duvets). I was expecting 3 separate beds

Delicious breakfast. Nice hotel staff. Very nice manager Jakub :) Quite big, free parking. There is a bar next to the car park inside the yard. Quiet neighborhood. Huge bathtub with bubbles inside the deluxe room. Great place to stay here for few days in Liberec. Cleanlines is almost perfect. :)

No hair dryer in the bathroom. Small rooms in the hotel.

Good place for one or two nights. Simple and clean room with bathroom. Free parking included. Far from the city center, but it was not critical to us. Good breakfast.

Because the windows of the room face the busy street its quite noisy at night too. Should be air conditioning in the room if you can't open windows to the busy street.

Because we had a booking glitch the manager here very generously upgraded us to the Grand Imperial Pytloun downtown as we came in late in the evening so this rating is based on this hotel

Everything.A four star rating should be five!The dinner in the restaurant was one of the best restaurant meals we have had in quite sometime.

Easy to check-in, very clean, perfect for a work trip. The breakfast was very good, multiple options to choose from.

The room was on the smaller side, but nothing to complain about.
