Orly Superior Hotel

Convenient location for an overnight stay. The airport shuttle took a while to come but it was comfortable and free. It is a simple room but suitable for our purposes for a few hours rest after a long flight. The beds were comfortable. We had read reviews that the air conditioning was not working but to our relief it worked well in our room. The front desk lady was very helpful and provided information about restaurants in walking distance as well as trains to get to Paris. Mall in walking distance wity several eating possibilities. Other restaurants in the vicinity too. The tram station is about 5 minutes walk.

My 6 year old son and myself arrived at 1 a.m. due to flight being delayed. The young girl at check in welcomed us with a big smile and had the key ready for our room. I didn't have to waste any additional time. It was almost as if she understood how exhausted me and my son were and all we needed was a fast check in. We will definitely stay there again. Sometimes it's the little things that make a huge difference.

No complaints. It was close to airport, fast check in, and room was clean. All we needed for a 5 hour stay before our next flight.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was extremely it took by car less than 10 minutes and a shuttle arrived literally 5 minutes after I landed and the staff at the hotel for the chicken was immediately available super fast and very clear in the explanation of the conditions

You could not reserve the shuttle it worked on a first-come first-served basis and sometimes this can be tricky especially when you do not know the amount of passengers who have to take the flight at the same time is you it would be better if it could be possible to reserve the shuttle to be sure but the time of departure

It is not far from the airport. About a ten min drive.. it is also about a ten min walk to a shopping centre with restaurants etc... The hotel room was simple and very clean and the staff very polite and friendly... There is also free shuttle bus that takes you to the airport. Driver was very friendly.

There was no electrical sockets at ones bedhead or bedside if one wanted to use your phone or use ones laptop while charging if u want to sit on your the bed to work etc...

Great value for money, I wasn’t expecting much and it was very comfortable, clean and the room was spacious. The shuttle arrived 20minuted after I called reception and checkin was easy. I missed the morning shuttle but there is a €2.10 tram only 5mins tes walk away (if that) and the airport is the next stop.

I think the shuttle should run on a clear schedule to remove any ambiguity. Very simple decor and facilities but this is expected.

Nice staff, clean rooms, large comfortable bed. Very nice fish restaurant 1 min walk away. Quiet neighbourhood to have a streak before bedtime or early morning.

I could hear my neighbour's conversation in the upper room and was happy to have some ear plugs to cut the noise down

For the price very clean and comfortable room. Very close to Orly airport and of course if you have next day connection flight will be a good decision to stay there. They have also a free shuttle to airport.

Only one thing, there is no air conditioning. During the summer will be hot

Staff were very helpful at check in with good advice on public transport into Paris. Pickup at Orly airport after phoning reception was good though maybe a 20 minute wait for the minibus. Room was clean enough, fine shower and bed. Quiet enough. 5-10 walk to tram stop that goes most of way into Paris for only euro 1.80

Pillow a bit lumpy, slight smell of tobacco smoke in the room though no smoking signs clear. No kettle in room to make cup of tea. Nothing nearby open after 10 pm.

Room was of good size and bathroom had all required facilities. Hotel receptionist was friendly and check-in was done quickly without any issues. Airport shuttle service was reliable. I got the 5am shuttle and per the receptionist's advise, arrived 15 mins early to the car park. Shuttle driver arrived on time and promptly left at 5am. Drive was about 5 mins in total from hotel car park to Orly Airport departures.

Not a lot. Could hear a lot of noise during the night of people in the hallway. Better soundproofing would have been nice.

The night shift staff were amazing, so polite and considerate. Such individuals are a credit to any establishment, and also a joy and relief for an exhausted traveler. They made staying in an average, yet clean hotel a pleasant experience. The young lady at the front desk is named Wahiba, one of the nicest people you can meet. Her male co-worker was also nice although I cannot recall his name. I cannot say enough about how professional, courteous and wonderful they were. I was truly surprised and amazed. If only more people everywhere behaved like them, customer satisfaction would be sky high.
