the airport shuttles were too small for the number of people who wanted to go to the airport (at 8am) which meant a bunch of people who wanted to use the offered shuttle couldn’t get on. luckily there’s a tram which is east to use to get to the airport as well, but it made things a little more stressful than they needed to be. having a staff member organise loading on the shuttle would also have improved things since people piled on and stood at the door of the bus with their suitcases leaving the back empty, and nobody encouraged them to move down. don’t want to dismiss the overall good quality of the hotel, but wanted to give some constructive feedback

We had to book a room at the last moment near Orly airport due to an fiasco with the airline (Air Caribes/French Bee - we believe we were scammed; we hope not, though, and they make it right). Mercure came through in all aspects, from location (0.8 miles from Orly), reasonably priced, GREAT (and clean!) room, onsite bar and restaurant, and WELL-stocked complimentary breakfast buffet (!!!). Very kid friendly (we didn't have kids but other guests did).

"Attitude" of some of the staff. I am African American and felt they could have been a tad bit more "customer-service" oriented (I felt like a couple of them literally resented my presence/having to provide service for me). If they don't like their job or "who" they might have to provide service for, they should consider getting an education and a better job.

Large open dining, bar and reception area with facilities for the children. Great food. Friendly, helpful staff. Free shuttle to airport from 0430.

Our daughters were in a separate room Due to availability, this was not an interconnected room. The person in the next room was able to open the door into our daughters’ room. One to check. Our flight departed at 0610 meaning we were quite tight on the 2 hour advised check-in. Many families needed the shuttle and we only just fitted on the first run. A booking system with earlier options to reduce stress would improve this element of the hotel.

This hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the communal area which had a pool table and football table. There were lots of bean bags and chairs to sit in. We also loved the filtered water pump which had fresh cold water available at all times. The room was bigger than we expected. The bed was very large and the rain shower was amazing too. The towels were soft and the hand soap/body wash smelled lovely. The free shuttle to the airport was very useful.

We honestly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the service in the food area but that could have been because of a language barrier. The person who served us wasn’t very welcoming and friendly, but the food was still lovely.

Free shuttle service was good, goes every 20 minutes. 5 minutes drive time. Hard to find the pick up point at the airport. The large communal areas were great for working on a laptop remotely. My partner and I worked all day including calls. The restaurant and lounge area is very well designed, spacious, and bathed in light. The room had a fridge and WiFi and an iron. The lunch options were good. The bar is pleasant and well stocked. Room was very quiet - well sound insulated. The service was generally great. Helpful and well trained staff were much appreciated.

The curtains didn't block the light. Woke us up early and ruined our sleep. SUCH A BASIC THING! especially for an airport hotel for people jetlagged between flights. Paying 220€ for a room for few hours and not sleeping because of a bit misplaced fabric is insulting and absurd. The breakfast was basic, finishes at 09.30am (!), and had run out of key ingredients (cooked items including scrambled eggs) when we arrived. It was partly restocked 20 minutes later, but that was disappointing and inconvenient considering it costs 20€ per person and has so few options to start with. Our initial room had the air conditioning fixed on, and couldn't be switched off (a common problem, judging by other reviews, it seems). We asked for another room at midnight and got one without that issue.

The room was clean and comfortable, tea and a kettle provided. Even though the hotel is located close to the airport, I could not hear any planes during the night. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the variety of tea.

I would appreciate a bigger wardrobe in the room to store my clothes.

This is a very hip hotel.for the tech genration. The room was commodious and well equipped. The decor was chic French island, if you will. It was evocative of an American tech corporate campus. The free breakfast would please anyone. My.partnet enjoyed an array of meats, eggs, etc., while I dove into the fresh pasties and yogurt. It has a restaurant/bar with an ecclectix variety of food that would please many cultures. The food was very good. It was soooo convenient to Orly. The free shuttles run in the evening and morning, but not mid day. We chose to take.advantsge of the noon check out and.therefore ubered back to the airport on our own. The staff were gracious and helpful. They made us feel welcome and we knew they were there to help with any needs.

The room came equiped with eco air conditioning, which we could never quite get cold enough. I prefer to sleep around 20 degrees Celsius and it simply wasn't possible.

The room met all the expectations, a respected chain standard. The only hotel that had a safe during our 17 days stay in France. The staff is very friendly and professional, special thanks to Diana) Good that there was a shuttle to the airport, since my flight was early in the morning. A good place to stay. You will find really tasty food at the restaurant - hats off to the chefs.

A parking space shall be paid separately - 19 Euros for 1 day. The shuttle buses aren't available during 8.00-19.00, which isn't convenient when your flight is during the day.

The property is a great location if you need to catch a flight at orly airport. The hotel has a shuttle. The rooms are cute, well decorated and very clean. HUGE TV, Nice linens and a comfortable bed. Soundproofing is amazing super quiet. The breakfast buffet was good

The hallway carpet was dirty. This is not the profile of a 4 Star hotel. It's a good 3 1/2 because it has a full restaurant and a gym and nicer bedding, but there isn't much staff to help, and the restaurant is just ok
