Hôtel Le Café de Paris

Position close to shops, cafes, beach etc. and a great view from our terrace. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very good and kept sparkling by the staff with bedding and towel changes every few days

Other than news no English channels on the TV. Advised hotel of our early arrival time but room not ready until mid - afternoon meaning a long wait (5 hours) to get changed after a 04.00 a.m. start from Stansted. Light switches (buttons) a bit confusing

Room was clean and modern with a nice fresh design which flowed through the whole hotel, the bed comfortable, location and views were absolutely fantastic. All staff were really friendly and helpful from reception to bar and restaurant.

Nothing really but if I had to suggest an improvement - the plumbing in the bathroom, whilst stylish was perhaps a little impractical. Had to take the plug out of the bath for the water to drain properly in the shower and one morning the water wasn't hot but these are very minor things really.

Great hotel centrally located.

Access by car a nightmare. More detailed instructions needed. Impossible to access the hotel by road at street level. you need to bypass a road barrier and go into the local underground parking. Elevator to -1 floor only, then you have to hump your cases up the last floor. Reception did send a member of staff to help.

Beautiful location with sea view. Staff were very friendly and tried to be as accommodative as possible. The terrace area is great for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Can’t think of anything negative. The only thing we got resistance on is a late checkout request, which they wanted to charge us for an additional hour. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this place.

The excellent location with ocean views, short walk to main beach, public car park under the hotel, and all hotel staff. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Rooms are a bit compact although well designed with modern look and amenities. More than compensated for by the location and views!

Rooms are not spacious, as is always the case in France, but very comfortable, and have all you need. Beds are good, bathroom, closets, -- all of this is very much okay. Location is exceptional, the sea view -- wow! Steps from everything, worth seeing in Biarritz. Staff is professional and pleasant.

The rooms could be a bit larger for this price, but that's typical for France

Fantastic location overlooking the sea and close to shops and restaurants. Very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff.

Nothing wrong with the property but be warned parking in the public car park nearby is expensive.

~ Great Location with ocean views from our room/terrace . The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Perfect location right in the middle of town, most places within walking distance. Lovely friendly Staff and Hospitality. We would not hesitate to come back again. ~

The view for the sea was lovely, bathroom was super clean and the room was spacious. The lady at the reception was super nice and friendly too. We’d definitely stay here again.

The carpet in the room - feels a bit unhygienic, there were toiletries but only for one person - luckily we stayed only one night so we managed. The minibar was a bit modest, just champagne one beer and water.

We ate in the hotel Restaurant - lovely delicious food but seemed to be short of staff so we ended up waiting a long time between starters and mains. Restaurant staff were friendly but not attentive ( probably short staff reason) - had to ask for drinks, we’re never offered any water. but the food was lovely
