Very spacious studio with an incredibly comfortable bed. Strange that the beds are zipped together i.e. two single beds make 1 large, and ours was initially undone and had to be done ourselves but that’s nitpicking. Location was very good, incredibly easy to get in and out of Bordeaux city centre. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries we had!

The kitchen is quite small, and there isn’t a draining board or tee-towel provided so we needed to use one of the towels provided as a cloth to dry our dishes. TV wasn’t able to allow my iPhone to AirPlay although it having instructions that it was possible. Possible that there were bed bugs on our bed as multiple mornings when we woke up we noticed new bumps over mine and my partners bodies that werent there the night before. Overall though a very nice experience.

Stayed at this hotel for a family wedding which was happening in the area. Close to the village centre and not much of a walk to be honest. Village was great! Few bars and restaurants also. Fantastic area to visit! Hotel has a gaming area for kids and has a pool nearby which was €1.50 for kids and €3 for adults as it was a communal pool for the village. Hotel rooms were small blocks of 3 rooms. Each room was nice size. Yes things were basic but it’s all you need and worth the money. There was a storm one night, slept through it as beds were comfy! (Could have been the alcohol though haha). Hotel was also situated in a nice area. Supermarket was only 5/10 minute walk away (was big supermarket and had loads of stuff!)

Only thing I’d say would be the towels and also the availability of an iron and ironing board. One member of the wedding party had to purchase one and we shared it between us all.

The hostel is very close to tram C, which can take you anywhere in the city. Staff are very nice and helpful and speak many languages. The rooms have all the basic amenities you may need and are not very expensive.

It's difficult to access the hotel with a stroller or a wheelchair because the parking blocks the main door. The room was decently clean, but it could have been a bit cleaner.

The room was good in size, basically clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Air-con was great. The location was great, very accessible by tram since it's very close to the tram station.

The bathrooms were a bit old and dirty. Staff there were generally nice but the communication was a bit confusing. We arrived at around 14:40 (check in time was 14h) and the guy at the reception said: "the check in time is 14:00 but the rooms are basically ready and cleaned". It was a bit confusing but we got our room so it's ok.

Bed was comfortable and the room was ok. I didn't like the fact that it was in the basement as it didn't get much light but other than that it was fine.

Being in a basement room. Reaching it may have been possible by lift but I took the stairs which were just concrete with paint on. They were more like stairs you get in a fire escape than inside a hotel

Location is ok as tram is 100m away but on a bank holiday - no public transport runs 🥴Approx 1 hr walk to Gare St Jean and taxi cost €80 cos of protests going on

Well designed rooms, comfortable beds, no lack of space. We opted for a kitchen room, so could cook when we wanted to. The bed was a twin fastened together but that did not make it uncomfortable as there was plenty of bed to move around and not disturb your partner. The room in general was very clean and would not hesitate to book again. Access to the city was easy with the tram only a minutes walk through the left exit of the compound.

The smell of cigarette smoke would permeate from the adjoining rooms into the kitchen area, because of the connected ventilation. It did not encroach into the rest of the room however. The provided coffee machine only took coffee capsules which were difficult to find, not the popular Nespresso type. A filter coffee machine would have been a better option.

Spacious and comfortable place with amazing staff! Though it’s slightly outside the city centre, it’s extremely near the tram station, so accessing the main areas was very easy. Comes with a small kitchenette for basic cooking. Price was extremely reasonable.

Hairdryer overheates very easily and would cut off to cool down after a minute of use. Small issue.

Good value for money. A little bit outdated specially the bathroom but can't really complain as it has a very competitive price to other hotels. Great and tasty breakfast. 2 mins walk from the tram stop which takes you to the city centre in few mins.

Location was great. Easy/cheap tram ride in and out of the city. Free parking.

Slightly limited breakfast options compared to similar types of hotel, but enough to start the day well!
