Very Spacious and Comfortable apartment. Close to beaches, airport and public transport for all easy acces to Nice (bus on the doorstep) Pool and spa facilities were fantastic.

Delayed check in when we were extremely hot after travelling. We were due to check in at 5pm and didnt get in until after 6pm to soaking wet floors which I actually slipped on and cut me foot. Need to be more prepared for guests although eventually we were offered to swim in the pool while we waited which was welcome.

The room was upgraded to be near friends. Views from the lounge and terrace were wonderful. The room was very clean and reception staff were excellent. Bathrooms were well appointed and there was a good supply of towels.

A little more information on travel provision in the area could have been given, especially in regard to buses, trams and trains. A sheet explaining how to get these to the airport 3 miles away from the hotel would be ideal, as taxis are very expensive. Giving the links and bus numbers etc would be excellent. There was no corkscrew in the apartment - most French bottles of wine have corks !!!

The apartment was comfortable. It had a nice pool, perfect parking and it was safe. After we checked out at 10am, we were still allowed to use the pool and car park until 3pm.

There were some broken items in the kitchen and there were only two towels provided for a family of 5, the reception stopped working at 7:30pm so there was no possibility to ask for more towels if you realised it just before showering in the evening. We had to ask for sheets as well as there wasn't enough provided for 5 people. Only one bed was made, we had to make the others ourselves. The pool had rules, but nobody followed them as there was no pool supervisor. Some children were disruptive as they were jumping and splashing everybody. The pool can also get too crowded.

The pool was amazing. Heated and really refreshing. we spent hours there each day. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The reception staff were friendly and Alissa saved our life by borrowing us a travel adapter after we forgot ours. I wish we could have tipped her but we had no cash.

It wasn’t very clean. we were there 4 days and we had no maid visit the room. our bin was over flowing and we ran out of toilet paper. Reception is only open certain times aswell so couldn’t always access a member of staff. The sun loungers around the pool were a bit tired also.

Nice appartment with pool and sea view at a very good location to the promenade and the restaurants there. So far clean (french level), good bathroom, good bed. Has A/C. Full equipped kitchen so you don't need to go out every day for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Good underground parking but doesn't go for 4WD. Height limit is 1.80m and mine was higher so I had to park outside. Pool is great, good to swim all day and to rtest an hour sleeping in the sun. Beach is nearby so you have freedom of choice. This time I preferred the pool for the beach due to water temp. Oh I was now the third time there and I still love it. Good value for money. Good for families with toddlers and kids. Safe for them. Area to play. Beaches nearby.

Underground parking limited to 1.80m height. Cleanliness could be improved to perfection. No coffee machine in the kitchen. Couldnt extend booking :(

Fantastic facilities, pool is excellent. Our apartment had two full bedrooms plus an extra cabin (box room) with a bunk bed which happily slept the entire group. Apartment was spacious and for the price we paid easily met our standards.

Cleanliness is unfortunately a bit of an issue. There was pet hair all over the floor, the coffee table which had some rust at the bottom left a mark when it was moved. Ants also managed to get into our cupboards within the first night which suggests that they had already been a bit of a problem there.

Our room was not clean properly, utensils were all dirty, just cleaned with paper and kept in drawer. Since it was a service apartment, they should have provided with kitchen cleaning things like scrub soap and dishwasher pods for people to use, if they want their property to remain clean.

Beautiful garden, good transport links: near the train and bus stop, near the sea. Comfortable beds. The sofa was also wide and comfortable. Kitchenette. Pleasant staff. Available to check-in after reception work hours.

insignificant, but there are no things to wash dishes, 1 toilet paper, more you have to buy. 1 bedroom with a bunk bed was without a window.

We had 2 bedroom appartment, it was big and comfortable. The staff was helpfull, check in/out was very smooth. 5 minutes walking to the beach and the city center with tons of restaurants. Easy to reach Nice (the bus stattion just in front of the hotel, and it takes 40 minutes to the Nice old town) and Monaco or other cities (the train station is at 7 minutes walking distance).

Superb stay. Beach is 5 minute walk, train station at 7 min and bus stop is 1 min. Its a perfect location for pretty much everything. Pool and sauna areas are very well maintained. Staff member was brilliant and changed our room as it had not a great view initially but was chanhed in seconds.

The reason for 9 is there was noone on sundays until 9 when i wanted to checkout early but could not contact anyone hence left keys in the room. Comms need to better
