Nice hotel, free parking, very clean and the restaurant staff was friendly

When a room specifies "ocean view" I expect it to really have ocean view and not "depend on the availability" as they said. We only got the ocean view when we complained. They should split the categories into "double room with inner yard view" and "double room with ocean view" so that you know for sure what you get

The location - Close to the ariport and to promenade des anglais in addition to a decent drive (30-45 mins) to different locations such as Monaco, major beaches (Paloma, Plage de la Mala), Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefrance-sur-mer, Antibes, Cannes, Èze, Saint Paul de Vence, Grasse, etc. Price was very convenient including the parking. Also, the bar was opened usually at late night - we had few drinks when we are back to the hotel.

Actually, everything was pretty good. There was not any negative issue that happened within our stay.

Good, clean, budget type hotel very close to the Nice airport. You can see the airport runway track through the windows. Sound isolation is very good and you can barely hear a plane taking off. Our triple room was quite small but once again it is a budget hotel. Breakfast not so wide in variety but still OK. There is a private parking lot next to the hotel, we visited Nice at the beginning of May and got a spot in the parking lot for our rental car. As far as I understood in the busy periods the hotel cannot provide a parking space for everyone, take that into consideration. There is a restaurant downstairs, working until 10 PM I believe.

The hotel is located near the airport. If you love the aircraft take off landing then choose this hotel. Windows are sound proof no issues when you want to have good sleep without any disturbance. Breakfast is good and consists of multiple options such as oats, cornflakes, croissant, breads, fruit salad, flavored curd, boiled egg, salami, coffee machine etc. One could opt for dinner as well. I tried a few times and found it delicious. Overall, it was satisfactory stay,

Deluxe rooms are a bit compact without any kitchen. A microwave is necessary.

Breakfast was OK, a variety of choices.

Access to the parking, also parking should have been free for clients.

The location is certainly superior - The tram stops basically behind the building, so walking to the stop takes less than 5 minutes. Very close to the airport too. The room is very comfortable and appeared to be well-insulated from outside noise; our room was next to the private jet parking lot of the airport, but we barely heard anything. The reception didn't look like your usual reception desk, but the staffs were super friendly and spoke English quite well.

I had expected a bigger breakfast selection, but I think it was not that bad. The egg boiler in the breakfast area could use a better system though, my boiled egg was misplaced by someone and I took a raw egg instead, so I had to boil a new one. The room also didn't have a kettle or tea/coffee, something I was quite surprised of. Could also use a bigger wardrobe.

Restaurant was the most impressive thing to us, offered nice coffee, decent service and ok food. The place is also clean and private while next to a busy road. Room is quiet while next to the airport. We lived on the top floor and got a bit view of the sea and airport. The room is filled with sunlight which is also nice, and is equipped with a good blind curtain that keeps the room dark throughout the day. Room size is ok for its price, maybe need a bit more cloth hangers for a room of 2 persons. Hotel staff all wore mask and offered a lot of hand sanitizer! Thanks a lot!

Room was kinda humid that our wet clothes didn’t dry in two days.

Little pancakes with jam for breakfast were very tasty and good coffee. Aircondition in the hotel was perfect and no street noise in the room even hotel is very close to the airport. Very nice and stylish reception space, restaurant and little garden with the tables as well. Perfect bed matrace! We slept really good.

No vegetables, no tomatoes, cucumber or salad for breakfast.

Have stayed there many times Very handy especially now with the Tram

I do not like your variations in room price. I booked on line and got $80 per room but I had an emergency due to airline problems and I was charged $130 and $170 for two consecutive nights. I was, and still am very upset and may reconsider my accommodations next time I visit Nice

Comfortable beds and well appointed bathroom. Location ideal, tram stop around the corner that has direct trams to the city centre, airport, and stadium.
