ibis Styles Lille Aéroport

The rooms were clean and spacious with excellent facilities. We loved the bean bags and the TVs on trolleys - the kids were able to relax, play card games and enjoy cartoons in comfort. We even had one enjoy a bubble bath while watching a film as we could position the TV in just the right place! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and we felt very satisfied. The late check-out time of 12 noon meant we could take our time in the morning and did not feel rushed. The staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay.

The road leading to the hotel had rubbish dumped all along it - not the fault of the hotel. This was the only thing we could find at fault with our stay.

Double bed was very comfortable (good night's sleep). Our children slept on the pull-out sofa beds.

Breakfast was of good quality. However, the staff were not paying attention to the food items which were running out (so we had to ask several times for missing food items to be replaced).

We were pleasantly surprised with this short stay and this hotel concept: budget friendly, yet great quality where it's most important: great beds, great breakfast, great shower, modern/light/fresh design. This was our best 'motel' experience to date, great value for money. I'll be looking for Ibis Styles hotels again in the future when the occasion arises.

The staff was very friendly, both in the evening as well as during the breakfast. Vert friendly and service oriented

There is no dinner being served. I was not aware of this. So we had to order something and have it delivered. The hotel room is not an ideal place to have dinner.

Friendly staff, free parking, the room is quite spacious equipped with air-conditioning ,microwave, hairdryer, refrigerator, electric kettle, variety of breakfast.

Limited parking space, the staff cannot speak English fluently

Very clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms and a lot of parking spaces.Access to the hotel is easy from the motorway and a short drive to Lille town centre. Breakfast was very good.

The room was huge. Eveyrthing thing looked new. The facilities were oke. A lot of green areas, perfect for those with dogs. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly

It was an overnight stay for a plane connection I chose the hotel as it was very near the Airport

It was a very early flight and the shuttle bus wasn't running that early so had to get a taxi

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Very good value for money. This is a good etappe hotel or coveniently located when you need to be at Lille airport. Would not recommend if the purpose of your trip is to visit the city of Lille.

Location is not the best but it is a very convenient airport or etappe hotel.

The fact that they refunded the cost of the stay when they didn't have to.

Not being able to go because of the queues at Folkestone. If I hear one more person blame the French for this....................!
