Novotel Lille Aéroport

Decent hotel with nice lobby (great nooks, crannies and entertainment) , swimmingpool, and comfy rooms. Nice that they have 4 person rooms for families. The outside and the area are a bit 'run down' and 'industrial'. So not for visiting the town. But location is great as a stop over with a car. The multiple craft beer restaurant/bars in walking distance are a great bonus.

Nice room (family room) with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Facilities were nice, had a soccer table and a corner where you can play board games and a gaming computer with old console games which me and the kids enjoyed the most :-) Breakfast was good no complaints. Close to the highway so you can get to the city centre quit quickly.

No complaints the hotel was perfect for a short city trip

Stayed one night on the way to Disneyland. Pleasant staff at check-in and in general although the "guy" at breakfast buffe was very very little service minded. He looked at you like you were asking the dumbest questions in the world. Nonetheless -all in all good value for money. Good breakfast, nice little pool to cool off the kids in the hot weather.

We booked the hotel because it has swimming pool, which is great for our kids. Unfortunately we were informed just a day before arrival that the pool is out of order. Instead, we were offered complementary breakfast, which was very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable. We also got a crib for our baby free of charge. The hotel is only 10 min away from city center. Overall, very satisfied with the service and professionalism, and definitely good bargain for money.

A great place to spend the night on the way from the Netherlands to France. Very convenient: next to the highway, in the neighbourhood of McDonald's and a car wash. Excellent breakfast, outdoor pool, everything was fine.

It would be nice if the soundproofing was better: you can hear the neighbours and those in the corridor Very noisy air conditioner.

Provided us with 2 family rooms that were interconnected. Swimming pool, although we didn’t use. Ample free parking. McDonald’s round the corner, loads of other food places with ten minute drive.

Swimming pool is not big at all

Pool and Pétanque area outside were great to relax with a drink after a long drive and have a final night abroad before we caught a ferry the next day. The room was excellent and there is a massive Auchan nearby for all your shopping needs.

Lack of converters for UK plugs. It would be useful to either loan or sell these to UK guest.

Helpful staff ! We asked to re- freeze our cooling elements for medication storage cooling. That took no hesitation whatsoever. Nice Breakfast. Unfortunately outside too cold, otherwise we would have taken a swim in the swimming pool..
