Great location if you want to be a little removed from the busy city, which we did. Beautiful hotel when you get to grips with the eccentric decor! Outdoor area is also great - pool, bar. Bus stop outside the door to bring you into the city or down along the coast to some gorgeous fishing villages and the national park.

The food was only OK in both bars. We didn't eat in the restaurant as a result. Bad hairdryer!!! Also had to ask for toiletries top ups (we were there for 5 nights).

View from our room was right on the sea, château If on an island and picturesque rocky cliffs erecting from the sea. Room although quite modest in size has lots of options for placing the stuff and lighting. Common areas are very fotogenic.

Location is superb for people willing to be as much isolated as they want still staying in the city. However, without the car it would be hard to get to the city center. Parking is quite hard to reach from the room, so you need to get to the hotel entrance, off load your things and then go by car to the parking in another block.

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Big hotel! Big room with a view on the sea. Large tv and a couch and a little balcony with seats. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Convenient parking underneath the hotel (although not cheap). Good wifi, bed and shower. All clean and quiet. Some restaurants within walking distance. Pool outside but is was drizzly and cold so we couldn't test it.

Nespresso machine and water kettle in the room but only one coffee cup and no tea bags present?! Parking is a bit expensive but I knew that before I arrived. Nothing more to complain about

The hotel is beautiful - very modern and funky design. Fantastic seawater pool with spectacular Seaview's. We had a premium Seaview room which had a lovely balcony. The location is great - right on the Corniche and a bus stop to the city right outside the door. No 83. Takes about 15/20 mins into the city. 5 mins walk in the other direction are some fabulous public beaches in the Pharo area and lots of food options. Very restful after a day in the city buzz and great for walking along the Corniche.

The food options were limited and staff in the restaurant areas were not very informative or helpful. Their English was not as good as the front desk staff but nothing that caused any major problems.

I had an incredible experience at this breathtaking hotel, which offers a safe environment for tourists. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning and left me speechless. I decided to indulge in room service and treat myself to some cocktails, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food arrived piping hot and the communication with the staff was excellent. I'm already looking forward to returning for New Year's.

The bed are abit uncomfortable.

Location was suitable for us- not in the noisy city, direct connection via local bus from just outside hotel. Sae view was stunning, you can here waves coming to the shore. Clean. Nice breakfast.

Direction signes inside the hotel could be better (they are modern but not super clear or effective). Need clearer directions to drive out of garage - mark the exit button! (barier didn't wark for us).. I was not impressed with dinner menu- didn't go to check though, as many good restaurants in Marseille (Use Tripadvisor for review). No minibar as such.

- No Lobby TV - Did not broadcast Eurocup - Less friendly staff at the bar and were careless to our need to watch the football game, they said in a joke, who cares now that France is out. Ok I understand but the world does not stop turning after France is out :-)

Hotel & staff great - breakfast was incredible too! Bathroom could have been bigger - was more like a shower in a cupboard and one night the pool party was annoyingly loud until late, but everything else was brilliant.

The music when on until about 2am one night & food at pool could have a better choice or just a more interesting menu. People on drinks bar were lovely but there was grumpy lady on the food bar!

the difference between Sunday and Monday: Sunday=music and party and things happening by the pools and cheerfulness in the air round every corner. Monday= total quietness, suddenly turned into a silent place to recollect with yourself, and enjoy the peacefulness of senses. The pool felt quite abandoned, bars kept closed, the feeling was like everything would start over again to get gradually ready to the next weekend.

It was very relax at the hotel while it was fully booked for the first night. Very spacious and the pool area is good. The staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for going to Cassis, Les Goudes, Calanque or the beaches nearby.

Prices during august are a bit over the top but we expected this already. Pool is salt water which was a bit of a surprise.
