Good location 15 min close to the train station (if you want to visit Monaco or other cities nearby). For Nice all our objectives were at walking distance Good basic breakfast Clean room with nice balcony Underground parking place at a fair price (10 eur)

Staff was nice and ready to help but the English level could be improved Our shower was clogged (unusable) and it took 2 days and 2 reminders for solving the problem

First of all, the establishment belongs to an association. In other words, social services are carried out in association with one's income. I made a reservation without knowing it. There is a big market nearby. I saw the association building that bears the hotel's name across from the market and that's how I heard about it. I am very happy to have booked this hotel. The hotel is usually located in an area where there are houses and people live. A tram passes nearby. You can reach the marina by walking directly from the hotel without turning into any streets.

You can reach the marina without any deviation. What did you not like about the facility? There is no refrigerator in the rooms. A refrigerator should be installed urgently. The internet is constantly disconnecting. It is impossible to stay connected for 3 minutes. They wrote passwords behind the doors to connect to the internet. But their passwords are very difficult. Even a tiny cafe has a barcode. It can instantly connect with the camera. This huge hotel It's funny that he didn't make it.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good (scrambled eggs were as good as could get, little croissants fresh and warm) Plenty available even for the most hungry. This hotel is run as part of a social project (which I did not realise until I arrived and read the information in the room) It helps people get into a supported work environment. The difference was that everyone was trying very hard to please and it created a very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely go back and use again when in Nice

Nothing of importance. As in all hotels there is normal wear and tear in the room. Room door card key was a little difficult to use and we had to ask for help when we got back late one night to make it work. But help was quickly on hand and and we got into the room ok and had a laugh in the process

Very spacious room with bathroom and toilet. The hotel has an underground parking, which costs 10 euros. Staff in the hotel is really nice and helpful. Breakfast are good, there is a lot of choice.

I didn't like the fact that during my stay, men entered the room without my consent, to repair the windows. I consider this as a lack of respect for privacy. These types of repairs should be performed when guests are not occupying the room or when they are not in the room.

1.) The staff was very kind, willing and reliable. Somehow my earphones were left in my room when I left the hotel because it was fall behind the bedside table. For my email request the receptionist looked for it, found it, and mailed the earbuds to me to Hungary in a registered postage, so I got it back. 2.) Climatization was perfect. 3.) Parking was available, and easy to access at the basement, and it was relatively cheap. 4.) Breakfast is very delicious. 5.) Cleaning was daily and fine.

Very nice hotel. 5minutes from the tram, whick goes directly to city center, 12minutes from local train station. The receptionist speaks english, amazing change in France, she gave us map, showed us all points and explained. Amazing service from her. The breakfast was really good. A lot of things to choose. There is a parking lot for very good price at the hotel.

Just one minus, the garage and parking lots are very narrow, once you have an SUV.

1. Same breakfast. We stayed three nights and every day was the same, with little choice (wet omelette, overdried bacon), pancakes, unsweetened yogurts, croissants and canned pineapples. 2. In our room on the 5th floor, wi-fi did not reach. We have not been able to use them. 3. There was only one working outlet in the entire room. Not a single outlet near the bed was working, while they just dangled, as if they had not even been screwed on. 4. Not a very nice view from the window

The rooms were spacious and very clean, there was also a small balcony where you could enjoy a bit if fresh air. We could also leave our bags at the reception until the checkin time so we wouldn’t have to drag them through the city until checkin.

The location was a bit far from the center, around 20 min by bus, not a huge problem, but mentionable. And the room was weirdly a bit cold, even after shutting of the AC. Other than that, our stay was delightful.

The desk staff proved very welcoming and helpful. Beyond a doubt the breakfast service team proved to be the kindest and most helpful we have ever experienced in all of our years of travel. We salute the hotel and its founder ESAT ((Etablissement et Services d’Aide par le Travail) for its inclusive staff policy, and various associated on-site projects aimed at supporting and coaching people who are physically or cognitively challenged. All in all an unforgettable experience.

Room very clean, very spacious. Blacony spacious. Very tasty breakfast with traditional french food. Coffe and juices. Parking was very big, at least 2 underground levels. Parking was 10/night. Location of the hotel is 40 minutes walking to city center or 5 minutes walking to a tram station to take to city.
