Hotel Relais Acropolis

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff especially Audrey. Location of the hotel was convenient and local to all attractions.

The size of the room was too small for three of us.

We liked the location. The tram was really close. The riquier train station, the port and the old town amd the sea side was in walking distance. The room was small but clean, the beds were soft and comfortable. There were a Lidl close by and bakeries. The room worked with key cards, they give one for each of us( I was with my mother). The room had a nice Nice themed decore. They tidy up the room every day, and gave new towels for the used one. The room had two bed, a tv, a table with cher, a big shelfing and a suitcase rack and a private bathroom with hairdryer and a tub and toilet.

We liked everything. The room was small, but clean and tidy and thats what was matters for us.

The room and beds were comfortable, the bathtub was great (my wife has been missing her baths in Europe, mostly showers in the hotel rooms) The breakfast was great. The staff is awesome. Manal was wonderful, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The location is great. Easy 3 minute to the Trams and approx. 15-20 minute walk to Vieux Nice and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was small and the floor is sloped, Manal did offer to switch our room for our second night but we did not want to pack up and unpack again. the hairdryer is very old and there is no regular outlet in the bathroom. Our only real complaint (really my mistake). We prepaid with no cancellation for 3 nights, turned out to be a Holiday weekend (Monaco Grand Prix & Cannes Film Festival) We couldn’t get a train to Paris on Monday May 29, all booked SO we left a day early and did not get a refund for our last night.

The aircondition was perfect, it worked all the time and it was so good to come back to the hotel to cool down when it was very hot outside. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good.

I dont have much negative to say. The location is good with stores and some restaurants in nearby, but would have liked to stay a bit closer to the beach. At the same time the price would have been more expensive, so thats a personal reference.

Very good breakfast with very flexible timing and variety of products, friendly personnel, good location, it was generallly very clean, the room nicely and practically decorated.

The equipment in bathroom looked very old. The was minimum number of vegetables for breakfast - only cucumbers and green olives

Great location and the staff at the front desk are so nice!

We did get called at 10:15 (by the cleaning staff, I'm sure it was) to ask us to check out. We were confused because the check out was 12. The lady at the front desk said it wasn't her who called

The guy in the reception at night received us in a very bad humor and was not nice at all. The place is old, the team canceled our reserve because the card was declined and happened the same with our friends. They accepted our friends to Paulo on the arrival, but our reserve they cancelled and didn’t accept, not even to do a bank transfer. The treatment should be the same for everyone. This was really bad, because we reserved all together and had to stay in different places.

The location was close to local restaurants and a 15/20 minute walk to old Nice and the beach. We enjoyed the comfortable bedding and pillow, as well as the air conditioning.

The bedroom furniture and decorations were a bit old fashioned compared to the very modern and bright reception area. Also the shower had low water pressure.

The girl recepcionist was awesome! Very nice, supper accomodating and overall a cheerful and bright person.

The breakfast could have more options, for example in terms of vegetables there are only olives and cherry tomatoes... But since a lot of people don't eat olives they could only eat the tomatoes. Also, the coffee and milk were too sweet

- position - breakfast was a bit basic but with good quality products - everyone working there was very nice and the lady at the reception one evening helped during a little personal emergency

- the bedrooms were nauseatingly hot and I was told it wasn't possible to change the temperature. I had to sleep without pijamas and with the windows open in april! Which wasn't ideal also because the hotel is situated near a noisy road, with a lot of cars passing all day long
