Le Domaine de Rouffach

Great location to explore the wine region. The bistro and restaurant that belong to the hotel are great, either you go for a regular dinner with Alsace kitchen (Bistro) of you go for the full French fine dining experience in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet in the morning was wonderful too, even offering fresh pastries, apple pie and a glass of sparkling wine.

The rooms, though well cleaned, feel old and are in poor condition. The swimming pool is too small for the size of the hotel, every square cm was used by someone.

A beautifully located, well built hotel in the heart of Alsace’s wine region. Perfect for a romantic getaway..: almost. Whilst staff at reception were lovely, the maitre’d at the restaurant was abominably rude and dismissive. The food was canteen quality at best (which our stomachs did not thank us for) and well.. overpriced for what it was. The room was lovely and quaint, however no toiletries apart from all-in-one shampoo-soap-conditioner, which for this level of Hotellerie is a bit of an embarrassment. Last but not least: the pool area: lovely and pretty, but the cobwebs and dead flies in the corner did not add to the ambiance. Please clean your hotel and retrain the staff.

Cleanliness, service.

Historic property in beautiful setting next to vineyard. Seats outside for apero/ drinks and for lunch. Staff very friendly. Decent continental breakfast with option to boil your own eggs. Room small but comfortable and with a lovely view. Pool but had no time to use it.

Decor in staircase could do with an update.

Very nice and cousy hotel with spa and sauna!

I had already paid the room beforehand using booking.com. When asking bill from drinks the room price was included again to the bill. When I checked if I had payed and confirmed I had they corrected the bill. This left some bad feeling. Was it just mistake or not.

The room was extremely well delivered, good bathroom facilities, bedroom was clean and very pleasantly decorated, the hotel had a choice of restaurants and the food was very good quality, extremely happy with the overall stay

Helpful staff, lovely pool for our kids, great location in a small town. We stayed in one of the hotels apartments with a little kitchen, two bedrooms a sauna and air condition! Very well equipped and perfectly clean! Perfect place for a family vacation. ☺️

Unfortunately the WI-FI didn’t work.

Spa is the real diamond of this hotel - pool, sauna, jacuzzi. In other sides, standard hotel. Free parking at the hotel. 10 minutes walk to city center. Rooms comfortable enough. No sockets at the bed, and only one wall socket in the corner far from bed. Poor choice at breakfast.

Very nice and cozy hotel, from my window it was possible to appreciate a vineyard and the sunrise, it was beautiful!

the bathroom situation is a bit unconventional but ok anyway.

pool staff 10/10 no bars on the high bath made it tricky for me no cooked breakfast which s a personal fave but altogther a gem

Liked the village. The Pool was quiet and warm. 2 restaurants on site was handy. Nice rooms.

Parking limited. Staff in Brasserie didn't seem to like either their job....or us!
