Nothing that I did not like But would say the lack of toilet paper and additional charge for if so I think a pool or sauna would have made this hotel a 10/10

Brand new, underground parking, location next to a train stop, for 20 min you can go to the centre of Saint Germain and have a dinner there. Neighborhood is very beautiful, full with expensive houses, so you are safe walking late in the night. Reception opened 24/7, the tv has a Chrome cast, so you can watch all streaming apps. Bath has a separate radiator, which warms up perfectly. You have a coffee machine in the kitchenette, works with specific brand capsules, but you have 2 complimentary ones. We went to Paris next day and it took us 25 min by car to Aiffel Tower’ s parking.

The thermostat of the airco in the room was programmed badly and our temperature room was 16-17 degr. The receptionist could not help, but they gave us a blanket and waved the parking fee of 12 eur for the night. In my son’s apartment temp was 24 degr.. and perfectly warm with outside temp. of 11 degr.

Staying at this hotel made my little holiday in St Germain even better. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the RER A station, but very close to the railway station in the town. Nearby, you can find a good variety of restaurants and brasseries but you are very welcome to have snacks and breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast is excellent! It's a buffet that accommodates both sweet and savoury tastes and has a good variety of fruit juices and jams. The staff is very kind and contributed to a very relaxing two days in St. Germain.

Air conditioned, clean room! The gym was great to have! Computer and free printing. The supermarket and tram next door .

The kitchen needed the basic salt, pepper and oil! Non of the pots had cover! The pump noise for the air conditioner every 2 minutes was annoying! My house has the same pump and it is very quiet and pumps out water when is full! Together with a little sofa to sit on to relax would probably have given this place a 10!

Great size rooms. Immaculately clean. Well stocked with everything you need. Great breakfast. Secure parking. Next door to a supermarket. Friendly staff. Next door to a tram where you can get a ticket into Paris via St Germain en laye train station . 5 minutes in the car to get to the centre of town where there are Great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend

Spacious, modern and comfortable room with a large shower room. Very clean. Airconditioning worked well and the room seemed well sound-proofed. Good wifi and very easy to use. Friendly staff and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

It would be better if the coffee capsules were replenished each day, rather than having to ask at reception. It would also be nice to have more soft seating in the room.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless and the beds wonderfully comfortable. The location was ideal for us as we were there to visit family and friends. The tramway is on your doorstep and takes you directly to the centre of St. Germain where you can get the RER to Paris.

We have no complaints! The coffee maker wasn't working but was replaced very quickly .

Absolute gem that deserves high praise for the quality of the accomodation and staff and the thoughtfulness in which the rooms and general facilities were set up to service guests

That there are not more accommodation options from this business in high profile city locations like central Paris or Nice to take on other lazy and sub-standard properties who do not deliver good accommodation at reasonable prices. Brilliant facility and price.

New apart hotel very well located in Saint Germain en Laye. Few steps to the tram to connect to RER. Paris is a half hour by train. Installations are OK, room would be a little bigger and is missing a dishwasher.

location, staff are so cooperative, facility has cooker, microwave…etc my room was next to the road and was so noisy at night and they have changed it after two nights

they clean the room only once during the stay where you have to pay to clean & change the bed sheets again.
