Quality Suites Maisons-Laffitte Paris Ouest

The rooms are very clean & the kitchenette was wonderful. The area was excellent with wonderful little supermarket nearby. it’s located next to a beautiful stately home and easy distance to visit Versailles & Paris. Sacre Court was easy to reach. I would definitely recommend the area.

The gym was very small and could do with more equipment. it could also do with vending m/c to buy drinks and can of coke was quite expensive from reception. Staff members could be friendlier, the night we arrived was stoic but not so much of an issue as he was very quick to sort things out. The corridors and reception desk look cheap but the rooms are fantastic and nothing like the immediate impression you get. The guy at reception at check out was great. Shame the parking isn’t free. Didn’t have the breakfast as the kitchenette was very useful and was able to prepare meals for the family easily. The triple room for my kids was great. Would highly recommend the hotel.

The suite was generously-sized, well decorated and laid out. Although the hotel is close to a major Seine bridge and roads leading to it our room was remarkably quiet, overlooking a green space. Located near the Maison Laffitte itself, parks, local shops and restaurants, and about 5-6 minutes walk from the station for trains to central Paris. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Secure bike storage was available.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Main items like croissants and fruit ran out by 8 am on a couple of mornings and we were informed that no more would be available although the hotel is across the road from a boulangerie. The kitchenette could have been a little better equipped, e.g. with tea towels and wine glasses.

This was a lovely location with a palace next door, river walk, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Unfortunately the train service was being updated with a replacement bus service - we used the Bolt app to get a car into Paris which was efficient and a good price (less than 30 euros for up to 4 passengers). Friendly reception staff. Room was spacious with a small kitchenette area with electric hob and saucepans. Car park is underground and cost us 10 euros per night over the weekend.

Stayed at the Quality Suites for the second time, everything is very good, the bed is extremely comfortable, kitchenette is very useful which even has dishwasher liquid dispenser, there’s a Nespresso coffee machine, staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, there’s an excellent restaurant Zebra just across the road.

Breakfast items run out fast and those joining later may not find the full selection of food and drinks.

Bed very comfortable, parking available on site, kitchenette fab, fridge, tea towel, washing up liquid and sponge provided. 5-10 min walk to RER means it is quick to get into Paris, but lovely to say in safe feeling suburb. Makes it very easy if driving to Paris.

Bathroom could do with updating, but shower was good, nice body wash provided. Clean towels, room tidied daily.

we had to wait at reception as our booking couldn’t be found/ the man in reception kept answering the phone e instead of sorting out our issue which was frustrating after a long drive from south of France. then we were allocated the wrong room and it also smelt strongly of smoke despite being a non smoking hotel. lastly we had to go back to reception again as the key card stopped working-

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were also really good at communicating in simple French, so that we had no trouble understanding everything. Really exceptionally good staff. There is secure bicycle parking and the hotel is quite literally on the local bike path (or at least some of the entry decorations are). Beds are comfortable and the shower is great.

The microwave in one of the rooms didn’t work. Could be slightly cleaner, but was okay overall.

Breakfast items ran out well before end of breakfast time, so those who joined breakfast early could have a proper breakfast but those who joined later only had what was left, ie mainly croissants, packed yoghurt, remains of cold cuts and cheese.

Room was great, well appointed, could use drawer or shelf soace for longer stays Breakfast buffet was really good! Love the location if the hotel, steps from lots of shops.

Wish we git the balcony appartment ☺️

Good experience with the hotel. It meets the standard of Quality hotels across the World. However, they should put a small couch in the room which guests can sit on to watch TV or rest.

Nice experience. Nothing I did not like.
