We spent Christmas there and we found a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us with a nice message from the staff. That was a very nice surprise, even if I don't really drink. Downstairs you can find free tea, instant coffee and water. Safe parking was a plus too. You can also play table tennis and fußball there.

A bit far from the city center. We didn't get a receipt ( we paid cash).

The staff did their very best to make as comfortable as possible for me and my family. I requested a special room for my parents while they are not so mobile any more (92 and 78 years old). I was very happy that my room was near my parents room, which was foreseen with all the accommodation needed.

The neighborhood was outdated and there were a lot of empty stores.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Stuff was helpful and kind. Brakfest was good. Location is really good. It is located 5 minutes walk from the tram station where is direct line to city centre and all main atractions so you are in the centre in 15, 20 minutes.

Hair dryer was terrible. It had small power and it took a lot of time to dry hair.

Really nice hotel, 30minutes walking from the bus station, 50minutes walking to the historical city center, also possible to take a tram. Quiet location, friendly stuff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast served from 06.00 till 11.00, the curtains will make your room completely dark if you need to sleep during a daytime. 10 out 10 cost vs quality. Definitely will be back here next time.

Good location to visit tourist attractions. 5 tram stations from hotel and easy access. Reception girls helpful.

I traveling allot and never seen any hotel that offered raw eggs to boil itself. Warm water and other guests will make you impossible to have hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Also no option to eat poultry salami. (No pork) this was reason no to book Ibis in Paris for my next stopover.

Young lady at check-in was very helpful and polite. Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was very good. Underground parking was extremely useful

The public areas of the hotel were a little shabby. We chose the hotel because it had a restaurant but were told on arrival that it was closed from Friday to Sunday - not sure this was evident from the booking page. AC was a bit antiquated

The hotel has a good location, not in the central area, but close to two tram stations; the main hall is also good-looking. The room is comfortable, with a large bed. In my case, breakfast was included and it was a buffet. Over all the things, Strasbourg is a very beautiful city and I hope to visit it again.

I suggest improving the quality of the shower in the bathroom, because I had some troubles using it.

The room is spacious enough and the bathroom, as well. There were some problems with the shower cabin: the water was leaking a little at the bottom of the cabin ( we did not announce it, we stayed only one night, we were on a hurry ). The breakfast was very good, but without hot buffet ( due to the pandemic, I think ). Everything was clean, disinfectant was available in front of the elevators, in the restaurant, at the entrance.

The way the bathroom door was opening ( the hallway quite narrow ). It was not a problem for us.

It was a pretty good value for money hotel, clean and comfortable. Close to tram stations that can take you to the city center or the European Parliament. Friendly staff and decent breakfast options.

Nothing really, more or less what we expected :)

An ideal stay, very clean, breakfast was extensive, staff helpful and friendly and a tram link to the city was just a very short walk. It's the only hotel I use when visiting Strasbourg

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off during the night for the second time this year. Although not the hotels fault it did disturb my nights sleep as I had to leave the hotel for 10 mins or more
