Very clean hotel, conveniently located close to the highway, with parking. Very nice bakery close to the hotel both for breakfast or a quick lunch. The lady at the reception in the morning was extremely gentle and kind, speaking both english and french.

The reception service was available only from 17 to 20:30, I needed sone info prior the arrival since we were late and couldn’t get in touch with nobody. Fortunately the automated check-in went flawless I was able to get in the rooms. The lady for the room service was not able to speak french nor english not other language other than Ukrainian… but made her best using a translator app.

Very noisy! Lots of door slamming late into the night, but this is hardly the hotels fault. Hand soap would be helpful, rather than having to reach into shower for soap

A basic hotel in a plain location. There's free parking on site. The room has everything you need with no frills. Breakfast includes some cooked, some cold and some pastry items. There's a steak restaurant and a patisserie next door, with an outlet shopping mall over the road. It's some distance from the town but convenient for the motorway.

Most of the staff (including in the restaurant next door) didn't speak any English. I can't blame them for that but it's unusual for this region of France, so brush up on your language skills! It was quite expensive for a very basic room.

Felt like a brand new hotel but could have been a refurb. We loved everything about it. Our dog was with us - 4€ charge, understandably have to eat outside dining room, but there is a table that worked perfectly for us. Self checkin at certain times of the day but procedure looked straightforward. Expensive for 2 star establishment perhaps (105€) but worth it for the overall experience. It was busy so that possibly pushed up the price. Outlet shopping close by. Very good steak restaurant also beside hotel. Check out Lac D’Orient if you’re there for an extended trip - so beautifully done only a few km away.

The hotel is very clean and well placed for a stop over on the way to and from Calais. We staied here twice and we enjoyed a very good night slerp everytime. Its a new hotel and all the amenities and the rooms are very well kept and clean. The room was very clean and smelled very nice. You have everything you need to one night stay and longer. The beds and pillows were confirtable and the bedding was very clean. The room was spacious for a family of 3 with a small dog. The staff was very friendly and tge breakfast was good and plenty. We will continue to stay here when we travel. We find it perfect for what we need.

Easy to access with the pin code provided. Didn't see any staff at reception but some outside cleaning the tables in the morning. Easy 5 minute walk to a lovely bakery, which you could sit in if you wanted. Friendly staff. And a 10 minute walk to the retail park with shopping and eating facilities.

It felt a bit sparse when we went into the room. The bathroom was tiny and the shower only had half a screen so the floor got wet even though we were careful. I didn't like the fact that you could bring your dogs or cats into the rooms. My husband has allergies.

Modern motel on the outskirts of Troyes, yet easily accessible for the city centre. Our ground-floor room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower room had everything we needed for our three-night stay. Breakfast was okay with supplies being replenished regularly. There’s also a boulangerie a very short walk away which is open seven days a week and serves light refreshments for those who miss breakfast, or who want other options. Dog friendly. Secure parking. Friendly staff.

A typical French modern hotel - efficient and comfortable with good parking, albeit set within a retail park/industrial type area. It was very clean and clearly designed for convenience rather than charm. The self check in (we arrived at gone 2200) worked very well. The staff in the morning were all pleasant. The Wi-Fi was very good throughout the property and the room had enough power points. The breakfast was of a good quality eg proper French cheese, nice croissants, apples, yoghurts, fruit juice & scrambled eggs.

No dislikes - it was what it was: good value and efficient rather than charmingly located or luxurious.

Positives: fair priced (approx £50 per night). Electronic/automated self check in process was clear and easy to use - good if you need a flexible or late check in time. The room was basic but fine. It had been cleaned to a good standard (ie you could tell it had been cleaned earlier that day). Standard motel breakfast (paid: approx £7 per person) - okay for meat eaters and vegetarians (albeit the use of instant scrambled eggs) - they did not have much available for alternative diets (not worth it if you're vegan). Good, safe parking with free EV charging available. Good location to motorways and McArthur Glen outlet mall.

Couldn't get the aircon to work. The shower screen is quite short, so it doesn't stop all of the water from spraying onto the the floor of the bathroom. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off between 2-3 am but this was likely due to other inconsiderate guests smoking in their rooms. I did notice, however, not everyone left their rooms and there was no clear fire register or check to see if everyone was out safely before the fire alarm was stopped. Lift access to upper floors, no clear stair access (apart from fire escape).

Location good for us as we had a car. Rooms were clean and check in no problem. Breakfast was perfectly good in a sunny room. All functional and OK for as as we were passing through only.

The Internet was terrible. It is free but you have to register and sign up to all and sundry. I really loathe it when hotels use the internet as a means for data harvesting. Big thumbs down. The hotel is great otherwise if passing through, but lacks any ambience.
