Sheraton Batumi Hotel

the hotel is very nice, even though some renovation might be needed. The executive lounge is very nice with a good service and the view is also awesome from there.

It was extremely hot in the rooms and it was not possible to turn off or at least turn down the heating with the thermostat. It was beginning of December, but I had to open the window to be able to stay and sleep in the room. Possibly there was some general issue with the heating system, because there were the same complaints from the other rooms. Besides of that everything was fine in the hotel.

1. I was told there was no way to pay via credit card in euros or dollars. Why so, if it's an international chain? 2. Very loud music from downstairs outside the hotel until 6:30 am, each night of our visit! Made it hard to sleep. Windows were trembling with bass. Investing in sound insulating windows could have solved this. 3. Outside pool area has no trash bins 4. Beds mattresses felt too soft to my taste, lacks back support 5. Indoor baby pool way too hot for babies or adults

Everything was amazing from start to finish, staff are super friendly and hotel looks amazing and is very clean. Lobby, room and everything is so big. Casino area was amazing with good staff - dealers and waitresses were kind and friendly.

My only problem was that I couldn't out the AC to output cold air since the main AC was on heat. Had to keep a window open for cold air.

Clean room and nice food.

During checkout, the staff kept my luggage at the sore and gave me the tags. When I came back and show them the tags, they were asking me is it in store number one or two!!!!! How should I know about their stores?!! This is a clear failure of the hotel system.

First the location is perfect, few meters from the boulevard. Second the breakfast is very delicious with many options to choose from. Third the staff is very very friendly! They are always there to help you in case you need anything! Personally I am very satisfied from my stay and will always choose Sheraton for my stay. I recommend you to try the hotel’s restaurant on the rooftop, it is on the 20 floor with amazing sushi and wonderful view

I`ve stayed at this hotel for 5 nights , my experience was outstanding ! Where do I begin ??? is it the staff ? is it the cleanliness of the rooms ? or perhaps its luxurious stay? the pool ? the spa? actually its all of them together!! The staff were super supeeeeer kind and helpful! the smile never leaves their pretty faces! Besides all that, I had two check-outs , in the first one I had a room bill which I wasn`t pleasant for its sum because I had club-lounge and some bills were added by mistake (soft drinks which should be gratis ) , I complained to the manager (a great helpful and understanding guy from India) he did not hesitate to compensate me with a generous reduce in the bill (he removed the soft drinks and extra expensive meal I had which was not included in club-lounge ) . In my second check-out, I had to perform a PCR test for Corona-virus to get back home , I did the test in an external lab but I did not receive the results in time and I couldn`t communicate with the lab-staff because they mainly speak Georgian and this is where the kind and helpful hotel staff came to my rescue! especially that my flight was very very close , the staff helped me communicate with the external lab staff, they explained my problem and made sure I get my results in time and to not miss my flight! Although the external lab staff were not so helpful, the hotel staff kept calling until I eventually got my PCR test results! I Am soo grateful!! To sum this up .. I`m glad I chose the right hotel for my stay, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best:) This was my first stay and I`m pretty sure it will not be my last. When I ever visit Batumi again, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel.

- location near to the beach - restaurant and breakfast was good

- requested for baby crib and found an additional bed for a third adult instead - minibar was not clean - although I was on 19th floor I still hear the club music beats loudly kicking all night long - doors sound proof is very poor. I can hear anyone’s conversation just by passing my room

the location is perfect and walking distance to the other 5 stars hotel. the beach is just walking distance. A lot of fun for the young kids. Very friendly and welcoming people a long the beach.

Perfect location and sea view. Good spa zone and swimming pool. Warm and many light sources. Friendly staff.

Dirty plumbing, once my room wasn't cleaned, furniture looks old and untidy, door corners are broken, bad soundproofing, rooms near the elevator are very noisy

in my opinion this hotel is very comfy an excellent location. All the employees were friendly and warm, especially the receptionist, whose name was Anna, and I was very happy to meet her.

parts all the furniture are old and not clean. Towels and sheets are dirty.
