Breakfast was very weak. Unfortunately it was very crowded and there were lots of people who are not staying in the hotel. The crew was helpful and they were trying to keep tables clean but due to the crowd it was very difficult to cope with it efficiently.
Ana and Diana at the reception was very helpful to me, thanks to them. But I think because of the location of the hotel, there was a kind of jam in front of the hotel.

It was so clean and calm with the good and warm staff, especially Diana, she was nice and great. On the first night, they serve us very nice wine with fruits. We enjoy staying in this hotel you enjoy too!!!

The vibe and location is great Check in was smooth also check out The room area is excellent and features a floor-to-ceiling glass view along the room with a panoramic view. This was my first stay at sky tower hotel and i had a little issue with the staff So i was making my mind to leave the hotel but when i met a nice helpful (daian) at the reception desk she made me and my wife more than happy . She is professional and knows how to satisfy the guest and because the way she treated us I extended my stay for 8 nights . I really appreciate her for the way she treated us.
Air conditioning stopped for about 10 hours during my stay
