Kastalia Boutique Hotel

Kastalia Boutique Hotel was an adequate and serviceable hotel in Delphi within easy walking distance to Delhi Museum and Archeological Site. Great views down to the valley to the coast from the restaurant. Lots of eateries within minutes walking. Wifi was great. Staff friendly and professional. Room comfortable but oh! the noise! I had one room of three that are on the same floor as reception. I queried the noise factor on checkin but was assured by two staff members that it would be no problem. I heard everyone checking in and out and coming and going from the hotel. Other rooms on other floors might be fine of course.

It's a beautifully designed space in a historical home. The view was lovely. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Bonus points for the robe, slipper, and yummy breakfast. For the price - unbelievable!

The rooms are very tiny, which was fine except for the room we rented for my mom and her friend that had 2 beds and 2 giant pieces of luggage... and that the air conditioning was off for the season in Sept (and it was very warm) and therefore they required a fan.. and there was no where to go with everything.

The hotel has excellent location and a stunning view to the valley, the sea and the distant mountains of Peloponnese. The rooms are good size and we found the beds to be very comfortable.

It lacks maintenance: you can see this on virtually every corner. It definitely needs some fresh paint on the walls and doors. Also I'd recommend they hire a designer for the space where the breakfast is served.

This hotel is in an excellent location to view the sights of Delphi. We had 2 delicious dinners on their balcony terrace. The staff were great.

More attention to the breakfast menu. Very little fresh fruit.

The hotel is in the middle of the Delphi "town", a few km from the archeological site. There are many bars and restaurants, so there will be no need to move your car to eat something after visiting the archeological beauties. Our room was (but I think most of them are) facing the valley, so no noise coming from the main street. The personnel is very nice and friendly

The breakfast buffet was perhaps a little bit too limited for non-continental breakfasts. Parking is available on the two main streets of the town, but not necessarily nearby the hotel (albeit it should be easy to just make a quick stop to unload the luggage before moving away the car)

The bed was very comfortable, a nice view of the Caspian see out the balcony, and the shower pressure was great! The breakfast was a typical buffet and food was average. Parking was a little bit tricky as they were going to be some kind of road maintenance the next morning so we had to park further down the street and walk back. It is really close to the Delphi ruins which was fabulous and the receptionist was wonderful. She gave us great dinner recommendation. The receptionist the next morning was wonderful . I wish I had gotten her name. There were some flood occurring and she called ahead to make sure it was safe for us to travel. Unfortunately, she was given some misinformation so after driving an hour north and finding all roads flooded and closed we cancelled our plans to visit Meteora and drove further south to be near Athens for a out flight home. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Wonderful place.

In the town center, good position to reach sites and shopping area. Good value for the right money. Staff was kind and professional, ready to support in all needings. In general, we enjoyed the stay.

Rooms need a deep renewal. They are clean and quite good in space but door was damaged, window was working bad, bathroom need a renewal. One thing we want to report for all guest: the minimarket in front of the hotel (NOT CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH Kastalia Hotel) sell water like gold... 6 x 500ml we paid 12 eur!! Don't waste your money like us. Ask the hotel staff if needed.

fantastic location in the heart of the town with easy access to shops and restaurants and 5 minutes from the museum and the entrance to the Archaeological Site. we had retained a private guide months ago and the day before we arrived she cancelled. I really wanted an in depth personal guide who could put Delphi in context . Our front desk staffer immediately got on the phone and with less than 24hour for us and found us a guide who was great. The breakfast was outstanding and the views across the valley amazing . great value for money definitely check this out. .

Parking is tough . we got lucky and found a spot across from hotel but didn’t move the car again till we left. luckily, once you check in you can walk everywhere

Oh, wow. I could not have been more pleased! I really lucked out, especially having made an impromptu reservation. Beautiful newly updated room, gorgeous mountain and coastal view from my private balcony (see photo) incredible comfortable bed in which I got the best sleep I’d had in days, a big deep tub to soak in… it was my birthday, and it was just what I needed to make the day complete! The loveliest hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. The breakfast was included, and was a delicious buffet-style affair. The staff was very kind and courteous. Highly recommend! If I’m ever again in Delphi, I will definitely stay there. Thanks so much, folks!

I really can’t think of anything that was an issue! I was not thrilled that at one point the person in the room next door started smoking on their balcony, thus I had to close my doors for a few minutes - but I guess this being Europe, my expectations about what constitutes nonsmoking areas needs to adjust. I don’t think this is the hotel’s fault; to my understanding the rooms themselves are nonsmoking facilities.

The hotel is cozy and the staff is very welcoming. The room is generally clean and the heating was always on whilst the bed was really comfortable. It is located exactly in the center of Delphi, which is amazing if you wish to go to the nearby museum or just explore the city. It is also really close (15 mins with a car) to Arachova , a winter hub in the area. We would visit again. Finally, the staff was really accommodating to our request regarding a room with a view to the hotel's garden.

Our stay was great, although the bathroom door was broken in which case we couldn't close it. Despite that, everything else was perfect.
