The hotel is by far the best one in Meteora. It actually exceeded our expectations. It is under the Meteora rock in the middle of the little town of Kalabaka. The rooms were very modern and clean with a balcony and amazing views of the Meteora. There is a little kitchenette and a dining area with all the kitchen necessities you might need. There is also a living room space and a separate bedroom. In the building there are 3 floors and 6 appartments total, with a small elevator. We received an extra key for the enrance, so the door was always locked, which made us feel very safe and secure. Free parking is located 1 minute walk from the hotel. All the restaurants are within walking distance. There was a small grocery store and a cafe located right next to the hotel entrance. Check-in was contactless and very smooth and easy, as well as check out. I had to contact the manager Alex for a minor issue as we needed a bigger room for some of our family members ( I had a total of 3 rooms booked). He was immediately available and made our stay absolutely amazing.

Exceeded expectations!

Amazing location, right in the center of town with curb parking out front. Beautiful suite with nice balcony and view of the rock! Nice little touches like decent toiletries, thick towels, multiple coffee options and even a chilled bottle of white wine for our arrival! When we ran out of coffee I sent a message through Booking and the host arrived almost instantly from downstairs. Can't recommend this place enough!

Little bit of street noise at night, however that's to be expected with an urban setting. I'm a light sleeper and it didn't bother me. Still very much recommended!

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. A Nespresso coffee machine with cups, chocolates, water and wine and the bathroom with all the amenities. It’s very comfortable and styled perfect. The bed sleeps good even the sleeping sofa sleeps perfect ( even better 😀). The location is perfect. Supermarket downstairs, restaurants and bakeries. Tip: Make a sunset bicycle trip with https://meteora-ebike-experience.gr/ Get you breakfast around the corner at HB Dinner at Restaurant Meteora. The host will make sure that you have a great time. For a start, the location is magical and you should spend a few days exploring here. Then, the accomodations... perfect. There are six apartments in the building (with a lift) and are so, so welcoming and comfortable. Everything has been thought out from the comfy couch to the 400 thread cotton sheets. Espresso in the morning? A glass of good wine from the fridge? A powerful shower with quality toiletries? Tasteful lighting at night? This place is a pure gem. Also, you are a few meters from a grocery store (and stores in general) and also one of the best traditional taverners in the area. What more do you need.

My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided the perfect setting for a restful night's sleep. But what really set this lodging apart, in my opinion, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made me feel at home. The location and the room itself were wonderful!! The room is spacious and very comfortable. The location is resource rich with restaurants, bakeries and services and is within walking distance to the centre.

The occasional noise of works undertaken both within the apartment building and surrounds which took away from the ambience of the space. Hopefully that was temporary and not something that others will have to endure during their visit.

very cozy apartment that makes a great base for exploring Meteora as it’s only a short drive from the monasteries. tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean. really kind and helpful host. there’s free public parking across the street and a nice breakfast place called Humble Boy just around the corner. highly recommended!

New property was well furnished and all around very comfortable. We were very happy to find this unit as most of Kalabaka rentals seemed older. Cafe in the same building was also charming and newly opened.

Only little point is the automatic lights in the corridor did not work properly, so we left in total darkness. It could have been dangerous..would be good to fix asap.

Everything.... lots of space, everything done to a high standard, comfortable bad, good size TV, brilliant location only 50yds from the centre square, easy parking very close.

Our view was onto the back of houses but that can't. be helped and didn't affect us having a great stay and we'd return.
