Great hotel! The staff is very nice, the view from the hotel is amazing!

Everything is just super, but the road to the hotel is very scary (the last 4 km). This information is for the people like me, who are very afraid of heights. The road was really stressful for me. But the hotel itself is great!

An amazing place. Stunning location, beautiful decor and very good facilities. Breakfast was unbelievable, served in a restaurant facing the snowy mountains . We ate dinner as well and loved everything. And- most important: the staff. Sofia seems to be an angle on earth. She's there to help you with everything you wish for. Whatever we asked for- She was there to help us ,with a smile and the best attitude. We travel quite often around the world . Sofia is undoubtedly the best receptionist we have ever met ❤️. And Petros- an endless source of information on the area. Gave us numerous great ideas for trips and attractions. And he did that with such grace and charm !!! We can't wait to be back again .

- spacious room and very comfortable bed - awesome breakfast with mainstream and local flavours on offer - very polite staff at the reception, spa and bar/restaurant - great location, ideal for nature lovers and those looking for a retreat - at the restaurant and bar in particular, guests feel being taken care of and well attended

- Spa is great however, steam bath and sauna should be included in the price alongside swimming pool and jacuzzi. Individual treatments are reasonably priced (not experienced) - Checkout is unreasonably early (11.00 am). We asked - and were granted- “late” checkout at 12.00 pm. - Our room was located in one of the units adjacent to the main one. Dud to adverse weather conditions we experienced a power cut and we were unable to reach out to the reception. We had to get dressed and crossed the cold aisles to reach the reception and ask for information. While it is understandable that such a hotel cannot be fully backed up by a generator, an info note by the reception would have been much appreciated.

The location is amazing, the hotel is beutiful in a very high standard, the rooms are lovely and big, the breakfast is perfect and the staff is really nice (hey Petros :-). Our rooms were upgraded by the hotel and we felt welcomed

We arrived with our kids, so being negative about that, is not fair, but we thought it would be nicer not to have kids around. Also, the thing with ordering 30 min for the kids in the pool is a bit strange: I can understand that, considering its not a place for kids and considering the hotel is trying to keep the calm enviroment and I knew about it in the booking stage, so it's not really a complain, but in real time, my ten years old was not so happy to be by her self in the pool and to leave it after 30 min. Food for thought

It’s an amazing place to unwind and recharge the batteries. It’s a high quality hotel, excellent facilities and services. The Spa is outstanding. Petros and the other people at the reception, bar, spa, restaurant were extremely professional and well coming. The room was impeccable: very spacious and clean and with a superb mountain view.

Just as a suggestion - maybe there should be a min age (14+) for the kids allowed to stay at this boutique hotel.

The best expirience we ever had, we were on our houny moon and all the staff made sure were OK and happy. Very very good hotel, very beautiful!!

The pool and hot tub are only reserve for 45 minuts, and you cant use them for more...

The complimentary 'hydrotherapy treatment' is misleading. just mention that you have an indoor pool that can be scheduled for half an hour. water are coming out of the shower and wetting the whole bathroom floor.

Very comfortable, large rooms. Excellent bar and restaurant. Fantastic views and great staff. The concierge, (Petro) was friendly, helpful and a great source of information on the local area. Prior to our arrival, the receptionist (Sofia), organised a truffle hunting experience with a local truffle hunter, which was a highlight of our entire holiday in Greece.

We liked every minute of our stay.

The garden view rooms have a bit of a disappointing view on the roof of the building below, that could be better explained through the pictures on the website when booking.
