Breakfast was great. Staff were exceptional. Friendly and went above and beyond with their service. Rooms were a good size and very clean and very comfortable. All the facilities you would want. Excellent location. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends & family. Thank you.

100% satisfied with my stay. The staff were super helpful. The room was clean and tidy. It was quiet, and I slept well in the comfortable bed. The balcony is big enough to relax on ... it's a peaceful area, yet surrounded by the city centre. In fact, it was one of the best places I stayed in whilst traveling!

Hospitality beyond expectations! I felt treated like family rather than a tourist. Excellent quality room. Delicious breakfast made upon request and beyond expectations, too.
The room is not sound proof and I could hear the neighbors who were talking next door. Also, during reservation of the room I saw there is a bathtub in the rooms however there are no longer bathtubs. It would be nice to have that updated on the hotel site.

We arrived late in the evening and the gentleman on reception was very helpful. our room was huge as was the bed which was very comfortable. The bathroom had a brilliant shower.
Breakfast wasn’t very good although there was a good selection they had run out of scrambled egg and the bacon didn’t look very appetising.

Nice and clean room with comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and they have free parking (4 spots I think). The breakfast was good - not impressed by it. The hotel's location is central close to the busy/turist area.
