Sun Beach Hotel

Everything was great, the staff was very friendly and always smiling (from receptionists to cleaning ladies and waiters). They let us stay at the pool until 7 PM (pool closing time) as we had flight at 23:35) ❤️ We loved: - ⛱️ the big room with big bed and large terrace. All rooms have sea view. Generous closet. Low bathtub (easy to hop on and off). Big mirror and large space on sink countertop. Enough shower gel and shampoo for 6 nights. - ⛱️ very good diverse buffet breakfast. - location very close to the beach (almost beachfront. - ⛱️ trees around providing shadow (very important on 40 °C and bright Greece sun). - ⛱️ very large poor with jacuzzi (hidro massage). Pool bar with drinks, ice cream and snacks.

I booked the hotel because it was an acceptable price and closer to returning home. I did not expect anything special, but it surprised me. The hotel is a few steps from the beach, there are a few sunbeds and umbrellas and you can be served on the beach, the guy from the hotel is on duty on the beach, and you can walk to the next beach, everything is close, including Thessaloniki. The beds are comfortable, cleaned every day, towels, toiletries, everything is ok. Wifi is ok, there is a little bit of it, a little bit there is not. The air conditioning is great. The balcony is equipped and large. Decent breakfast. The pool is also clean, beautiful, if you want to spend time at the pool. All in all, it's good. It would be even better if a little was invested in the renovation and maintenance of the hotel itself. I have the feeling that no investment is made in maintenance. It would be a shame if time took its toll. It is really beautiful, but time takes its toll. The staff is more than friendly. All in all, satisfied.

Hotel is surrounded by trees and green space. Breakfast and dinner are exceptionally good.

Breakfast ok, terrible coffee. Close to the beach - fo the left side, not the right side…Really old school AC and appliances (fridge, hair drier). Very clean, although the batroom could have been better cleaned upon arrival. Really cool view. Thesalonikki is 60 min away by bus - quite the adventure

3* not 4*. To some it may appear so. Lots of trash around the hotel, the way to the beach is spooky, the old camping could easily become a park, the pool is ok but idk why poorly isolated electrical cables were dangling in the pool.

The breakfast was good. Not very special, but correct. Maybe the hotel is of older generation, but it was still beautiful, clean, renovated, nice central air conditioner in all rooms, big swimmimg pool outside...

Did not like that the beach in front of hotel was not very tidy. Sunbeds and umbrelass were free, but it was not taken into account wheter there were hotel guests or other guests. I think it was chaotic in that part. And the access road to the beach is quite bad and untidy, but I have impression that something was being fixed in that direction.

The location with small village of bars and restaurants 5mins away. Clean and good size rooms with balcony. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Good breakfast with lots of selections. Very good price. Beach 5 mins away.

I do like coffee in room but I can bring my own travel kettle we bought for 10 euro and some coffee. There is a fridge for milk in room Couldn't get TV to work but I also didnt Ask to have it fixed. I'm not too bothered about TV but ask Nothing else

We were given breakfast in paper bags because we left at 5am to catch our flight. That has never happened before, We were thoroughly impressed with their "breakfast-to-go" service. We were also given another room because the first room had a faulty door lock.

I wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and its offerings. More importantly, if we didn't have the early am flight, we would've visited the beach and nearby surroundings. We also would have preferred a larger elevator/lift.

Excellent location near the sea, great breakfast, we could enjoy the beach and the pool and the hotel borrows bikes for free

There were very few umbrellas on the beach (there is space but there are only 12 umbrellas and they were occupied very early in the morning)

Food, people, the beach. There are a few beds on the beach, only for those who stay at this hotel, and that makes the beach intimate, quiet, excelent if you want to have some quiet and relaxing days. The water in the beach is great! Also, all the hotel facility are great: food, rooms, staff, parking, etc. I really enjoyed my stay there and I wii come back.

Very nice people, very good food and very big rooms. I loved the room, and the bathroom as well, is very big and confortable. Also the balcony is huge. You have all you need for a quiet holiday.

You need a car if you will stay here. The distance from the restaurants is about 15-20 minutes , and it's quite dark. But, if you have a car... in 3-4 minutes you will get at mini-market, restaurants and other importants points.
