Club Hotel Casino Loutraki

The room was nice, comfortable, very clean. Very good AA system. Very well lit. They provided robes, sleepers and coffee. The view from anywhere in the hotel and from the room was amazing. Many swimmimg pools and lounges to relax. The restaurant with the open terrace overlooking the sea served tasty food with a beautiful view and a very good service. Breakfast had a wide selection of food. The beach was also good, to be enjoyed by adults and children.

The service was aweful during breakfast and lunch at the main restaurant on the ground floor. The hostesses at the door need to be trained to treat guests. They lack manners and empathy.

Spacy and cosy rooms, very clean, , breakfast was great experience and choice of products. There is a pool garden with old olive trees and all kinds of pools and waterways, infinity pool and also directly on the sea shore. Inside pool is big and beautiful, lots a whirl pools inside and outside.

Can't think about anything, if was a truly exceptional vacation. The hotel has also some shops inside, a large lobby and lots of confortable seats and sofas. Service everywhere, coffee, cakes, etc.. I may mantion, there is also a large casino adjoining the hotel and a big parking garage.

Outdoor Pool is great Indoor pool is fun (if needed) the private beach is clean Breakfast was good, the options are okay The room was cleaned daily and to very good standards the bar services at the pool is slow but the staff are very friendly and doing their best the lounge area is nice and the basic food menu is good.

The stay was very pleasant, room is clean, all facilities are functional and in good conditions, not extremely crowded, lots of nice restaurant nearby and bars.

A lovely hotel, spacious and clean. The spaces are huge and have a grandeur and faded glory you don’t find in many places. It has a lot of character. The room service late at night was incredible - first class!

The room was a little small and quite warm.

The sea view from the balcony was amazing. The size of the room was very good (around 40 m2) and the bathroom was huge with a shower and a bath tube.

The room temperature was not appropriate for November time. The air conditioning was working only to freeze the room and not to warming it up. The moquette (extremely old tapis) on the floor should be changed. Very bad smell in the room and the corridors due to this moquette. The breakfast and the dinner was extremely expensive and not good at all. Not recommended to eat at this hotel. The taverns and the restaurant in the city were 10 times better as quality, taste and money values.

Large room with an excellent mattress. The breakfast was tasty with a large selection of different options. The traditional "Mpougatsa" was much appreciated. The free use of the indoor swimming pool was a plus, as was the free parking.

The staff seemed courteous but often overwhelmed and in lack of patience when treating certain guests. The room was recently renovated, but to a cheap standard. Certainly not to the detail and class expected for a 5* hotel which was somewhat disappointing. It gave the feeling of an old gem that has fallen out of grade, down to a (good) 4* standard. Hence why the price-tag is in fact towards the expectations for the latter standard. I note that given the connection to the casino, the hotel seems to attract certain types of "characters". The breakfast was worth its price only when included in the room price and not the price at the door (22 euro).

Our experience here was very good. We upgraded to a deluxe seaview room, which was great, I recommend. Nice, big, clean room, perfect bathroom, perfect view, outstanding sheets. Lovely indoor pool and spa area. Very good breakfast but a little to crowded on Sunday. We want to come back in a warmer season .

Maybe, because of the low season not all the spaces were in order. The hotel is a little dated , no nice surroundings. I didn't sleep well because of the synthetic pillows . Long queue / awaiting at the breakfast site entrance ( this was a first) 😊

The hotel is really potential with his services and position. The casino is big and doesn't miss nothing from the essential games The spa is super and included in the rate

The reserve toilet paper on the down part of the toilet easily can get some pp drop from a distracted men and than is going to the next hotel guests! The building and the forniture need more care and renovation, it is really old The carpet are awful and dirty

The hotel/resort was very easy to drive to. The registration/check-in was wonderful! Our rooms were ready early, plus, the online booking app we used said we had more people than we actually did; so the gentleman checking us in revised and corrected the rates. We could easily walk to and meet our friends located off the boardwalk of Loutraki. We were able to enjoy the pool, beach, and the casino during our stay. Everything was wonderful! Rooms were clean and spacious; employees were kind and helpful. Breakfast the next morning had so many delicious options of food to choose from.

One of the best Greek Hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The room and hotel spaces were clean. Amazing view during the evening. The pools are not very crowded.

It is my opinion that the hotel needs renovation. Some of the furniture seems old and have normal time deterioration. Carpets look old and have dark spots. Overall we had a very good experience despite those details. We would definitely come back.
