Ignatia Hotel

Generally its a beautiful place, staff is friendly and breakfasts are truely delicious. Parking space is large. City of Napflio is really worth visiting with variety of walking paths, beautiful beaches and hundreds of restaurants.

The only drawback is the industrial area located nearby - there are some big factories which produce a lot of smoke. During western wind you can smell the factory exhaust in the surraundings of the hotel. But this is not a big deal as you propably will spend most of the time in Napflio old town..

This is a small hotel run by a very nice family. The location is really good, right on the beach. You can have breakfast outside with amazing views on the sea. The breakfast buffet was good and there was plenty of everything. Staff made toast in the kitchen on request. Which was nice of them. We had rooms on the ground floor with sea view. These rooms have a balcony. It was very relaxing to sit here and to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hotel has a restaurant but there are more restaurants on walking distance. The town of Nafplio is a short car ride away. You must visit. The castle is a must do! Its huge. In town there are lots and lots of really nice restaurants with cool terraces. Look for KAYAK ice cream. Its AMAZING. Also a lot of small streets with lots of nice little shops. Look for the baklava (sweet pastry) shop and get some. Soooo good! We didn't have enough time here and must go back some day!

Location was really nice - beautiful surrounds, quiet and very convenient for exploring the region. Award-winning breakfast was plentiful and reflected local cuisine. Room had a splendid view of the sea. Balcony was comfortable size.

Carpet in the room was old and gave off a musty odour - hard floor would be ideal. Overall decor of hotel was dark and out-dated.

As a family, we were allocated two rooms that were joined by a short corridor, with a shared bathroom. Location was great, with easy access to Nafphlio and roads to other sites in the area. Plenty of parking space.

Breakfast was fairly basic. No toaster available and coffee was poor - if these are your go-to breakfast items. Whilst we were there, the hotel was being used by school parties - whilst this was not a big problem, they were quite noisy between 9-10pm when our younger children had already gone to bed.

The hotel was a perfect location. Not in the main city and only a 10 min drive. Beautiful view from the hotel room. There are restaurants next door so if you don’t want to spend it in the town you can still eat next door. It’s on the water where you can have a dip as well. I would book again!

The location is by far one of the best! The rooms are decent and we'll equipped. But the location is surreal! The breakfast is excellent. The view from the room is superb. This is one of the best locations to stay in nafplio for sure.

this place is DOPE its like going back in time to the 80s I loved the vibes the place looks awsome such tranquil and beautiful ... the view from the balcony was amazing :) so worth it for the price in my opinion the BREAKFAST was one of the best!

well, the place is old. I loved it and thought its amazing because it's really in good condition. but it's not for everyone, so if you think you wouldn't appreciate oldie don't fo for this.

The hotel went to considerable trouble to provide a gluten free breakfast, with a wide variety of foods specially brought on a tray. They were also very good about arranging a very late check in as the plane arrived in Athens two hours away, more or less at midnight, which meant they had to stay up very late!

The attention the owner give us when we found out that we left our passports at the safe box in Atenas hotel.She help us resolve the problem.Thanks so much

I think the hotel need some fixing in their building

Very nice hotel by the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very pleased with the variety and quality of the breakfast. Would visit it again in the future for sure.
